Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Its near Platinum Mall and just outside the hotel there are a few massage stops with reasonable price

Was just there for a couple of nights and loved it. The only bad thing I would have to say is that the staff upon checkin were difficult to deal with.
Other than that it was very good.

The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful for whatever you need. The room is wonderful, clean and nice. The breakfast buffet is excellent, everything is just right with this hotel. Highly recommended to everyone.

My stay here has been wonderful. Easy location to get to other parts of bangkok. Always can get a taxi at anytime time of the day.
Rooms are spacious with large beds, great breakfast and shopping just minutes away. From modern shopping malls to traditional wholesale market.

Nice hotel but service is mediocre

Bad experience at check in.
When we arrived at the front desk, we were totally ignored and there was more than 2 agents available. None of them looked up and acknowledged us until I had to ask if we can check in. Agent who served us was grumpy and had a could not be bothered attitude.
Will use them as a last option from now.

good location with most conveniences at door step. shopping is fantastic for travellers with families along as opposite the hotel is the pantip plaza (computer shopping) and platinum plaza (more of a wholesale of fashion products).
5-6 establishments just in front of hotel for massages.

Overall, I would rate the experience 7/10!I like the fact that it is near shopping areas and Platinum Mall. The massage is just outside your doorstep, and a good place to try is the Malatee Massage, they are professional and friendly too! The breakfast served at the hotel exceeded my expectations especially for the price I paid. The not so pleasant experience was the condensation on the marble flooring near the fridge when we stepped into the hotel room, probably due to the aircon from the floor below. Toilet is simple and could do with some renovation and cosy lighting to make the overall experience more homely. Extra towels are chargeable and no box tissue in the hotel room.

next to the pratunam market where you can get all manner of tailored or off the rack clothes at discounted prices.
location is fantastic also because food is in abundance just as you leave the hotel especially if you like street food.
it shopping mall is just across the street and you also have the central and platinum mall nearby. close to the sathorn business district, just a 60baht taxi ride away.
