skytrain No comfy chair in the room This is a great hotel for the price. Very handy location to make it easy to travel to the city or to other locations like china town or Siam Shopping center.
Near the hotel there are nice shops incl. Robbinsons department store with restaurants.
Staff are friendly and ypu can make use of the house movies selecting dvd's at the reception. Overall hihly, highly recommended.
Restaurant Tip : Downstairs in the department store there is an excellent thai restaurant!

Washing machine, big showers, newly renovated, nice staff. No steam iron, just very old style flat iron! I stay here almost every time I come to Bangkok on business. If they had stream iron, I would be much happier. Other than that, the service continues to improve. I like this place.

Near to skytrain terminal. Robinson dept store is directly beneath the hotel. Some odor in the lobby area maybe due to proximity to the riverside. Newly renovated and clean. Walking distance to Saphan Taksin Sky Train terminal. By taxi to chinatown is about 50 baht. Advantage is that this hotel is just above Robinson's Dept Store. Staff were very polite. Breakfast was good too. The bed provided was of the king size type which was very comfortable. You can order food from the room service and the price is reasonable.
Shopping Tip : Can shop just below the hotel at Robinsin Dept Store. It is located near to the Saphan Taksin skytrain and going to any area to shop is very convenient.

traffic jam (sometimes) if I have another chance to visit Bangkok, I come back to this hotel. BTS is very convenient for the visitors, just 5 min walk to the station. Hotel stuff are all kind and friendly. Breakfast is enough good.

Free wi-fi connection throughout hotel, adjacent to department store, McDonalds and food places, nice swimming pool, very friendly and helpful staff, from the maids to the doorman (at the end, we gave them huge tips for their genuine friendliness) Hot and sticky hallways, small hotel lobby, far from city shopping center at Sukhumvit (SkyTrain needed), noisy balcony and hideous a/c unit outside Centrepoint Silom was well equipped and to our liking, because we booked two conjoined apartment studios, which were very well appointed with granite countertops, huge bathrooms and a nice flat screen tv. Also, they offered free wifi throughout the whole building, another plus. The staff were very nice. We enjoyed our stay there very much.
Restaurant Tip : A block away from the hotel is a nighttime cart vendor who sells the best boba slush drinks in town and comes in different flavors: green tea, coconut, thai tea and more for only 30 baht.

location, in-room laundry, staff courtesy,value from the courtesy of the staff to the proximity to the TOPS market and numerous eating options, access to the sky train and the river taxi, in room laundry what can i say but you can spend alot more in bangkok but you dont get much more for your money. oh and free internet that is fast and reliable..is icing in on the cake... I stay in many thai hotels and many in bkk and this is so worth the money ..

location of this hotel is fantastic. Closs to skytrain and river. Also next to large departmental store. We have throughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment style hotel. It is very clean and spacious. The rooms are well equiped and decor is of a modern style. Th reception area of the hotel is very lush and has a comfortable lounge area with free tea and coffee, idael after a days shopping! the staff are very friendly and helpful. it is the best hotel we have stayed at in Bangkok.
Shopping Tip : Robinson Store located next to the Hotel has a great range of products and the price is good too.

swimming pool, hairdresser, fitness studio We had a great time at this hotel. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. They stored our luggage for 7 weeks without any cost. The breakfast is delicious and various. The rooms, especially the ones with river view, are really niceand attached to the hotel is Robinson shopping centre, with a supermarket and a food market.

Central, clean, helpful staff, good value for money, nice size room with big comfortable bed. Nice buffet breakfast. None really. Tea, coffee and milk in the room would have been nice. Only had 2 nights stopover at this hotel but had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very convenient for the Sky Train and access to river boats. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Superb location!! Walking distance to sky train and ferries. Complex has a shopping complex located on several floors. Supermarket on ground level. Would definitely stay here again. The apartments are fully self contained with washing machine/dryers, kitchen, large living areas. Apartments are serviced every day and breakfast is included. Breakfast is plentiful and staff are very attentive. Pool and gym are well maintained. There is a supermarket on ground level of shopping complex located in hotel which is great for purchasing food or toiletries etc. Also have 24 hr fast food restaurants and a night market is on road outside hotel every night.

Riverside and BTS location, great views, lovely and high quality decor, comfort and amenities, attentive staff, kitchen (!), good video selection, convenience for food and material needs Centre Point Silom (CPS) is in an easily identifiable building, shaped almost like a fish by the river. Within, not only is there a four-star hotel/residence, but there is a department and grocery store. The streets and sidewalks surrounding CPS are teeming at all hours with stalls and stands selling food, clothing, batteries, souvenirs and anything else you may be looking for. It's also a busy area because immediately adjacent is the terminal station for BTS Silom line as well as the Central Pier for the river boat system. The hotel itself is lovely but not gaudy; decorated but not in the least chintzy. A quiet, tasteful place where one can relax quietly in the middle of a crowded, busy city.

Great location, on river & near BTS. Interesting part of town. rooms a little stuffy, balconies could be cleaner. Great value at under 2,000. big beautiful rooms, washer & dryer in room. free internet (a little slow), nice staff. You can't go wrong.
Restaurant Tip : GREAT outdoor vegy noodle stall 1/2 way down the small soi across New Road from Robinsons.

Big and spaciouse rooms in bright colors and very clean.
Service friendly staff always ready to help. not so important, but the parkingarea is small and are located on the top floor of parking so it take some time to go in and drive out from the parking. Centre Point always has a status of there own and this hotell is no exeption, big and spacious rooms with free Wifi internet access, bright and clean in rooms as well as in the public areas, werever you meet the staff they always greete you with a smile and friendly service.
The location is very nice, just step out from the elevators and you can step in to Robinson, shoping Mall.
Shopping Tip : Mullburry Spa on Silom, a great Spa to have a relaxing breake after a busy day in the city.
