Very cosy hotel. I was upgraded to a huge room. It comes with a living room, a closet and a huge toilet. very friendly and humble staff as well. breakfast is great. never a disappointment for those who opt for Centre Point Silom. Highly Recommended!

eventhough it is good location and convenient i don't think would return back this hotel.the staffs unprofessional in handling customer if they rated themself as 4star hotel. the reservation staff wearing coat with perspire all over his forehead ee yulk.secondly when call from the room ask about the password to access the internet.the staff by the name joey answer the call very rudely. i am not stupid and not having a free time to call them unnecessary if from the beginning the resvn staff shud be given me one. last and not least the bellboy no word to describe they can even show their tired face and restless to us.

Easy walk to the Sky Train and Water Taxi, delicious buffet breakfast

Our room was very spacious, comfortable beds (not very hard like some can be), good shower and bathtub options. Service was great and we were able to book tours at a tour agent next to the front desk. Beautiful pool and modern workout room. We would come again!

Very good apartment.
Clean, cooking and washing facilities. Great security staff always attentive and helpful. Close to the BTS

One negative was the variable temperature of the shower. One would have to be very careful with children. Will the lunch was on special the food,was not great. Otherwise expensive. A trip to Mbk for dinner was worthwhile.

For business travellers unless you need to be in Silom area, I would stay away from it as it is one of the most congested areas in Bangkok. It will take hours to get out of traffic gridlock if you need to get out and about.

always feel at home here. great location, professional and friendly staff, ultimate buffet breakfast, great pool, large comfortable rooms with kitchenettes. attached to robinsons department store and tops grocery store in the lower level of robinsons make it very convenient.
