Nice hotel and good service
Hotel very clean, politely staff and great location, within 5 minutes walking distance from Saphan Taksin BTS station.
9.7
we're very satisfied that centre point silom is great location, the hotel is very clean and hotel staffs are polite (especially those security), the best thing is that the room is big enough if you bring along kids. the hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance to saphan taksin bts station and very convenient to cruise the chao phraya river the pier beneath saphan taksin bts station. the hotel provide delicious and varity of style breakfast every morning.
Shopping Tip:
shopping malls with luxurious merchandise, cheap and chic sidewalk bargains, or local markets are easily accessed by the bts/skytrain. others are a quick taxi ride or a short walk away.
next door is robinson shopping centre, beside robinson is a small night bazaar and small market in the morning.
cruise the chao phraya river
chao phraya river is the main artery of bangkok and its banks are home to several important places such as yaowaraj (chinatown). you can hire a boat from the pier beneath saphan taksin bts station. or opt for a more luxurious dinner cruise in the evening, when it's cooler and breezier.

excellent location value for money/time management
concierge/restaurant/restaurant staff/security staff

check in efficient.
check out efficient.
retaurant food and service good as usual but needs to be changed as same menu by seefah for long time already, especially as i am a regular client 4-5 times a year at this centrepoint, and eat often in the restaurant.
housekeeping staff on floor 12 must be trained in attitude management.
public areas security/lighting/access is perfect.
reception staff are fine but could be much better, have identified 2-3 very good staff members at reception, the rest need some sharpening up of skills and nlanguage polishing when dealing with clients 9i observed a slight authority tone by some staff at the reception when they were dealing with other guests).
Hotel Feature Tip:
restaurant had good food, safe and fit for consumption, and prices/portions are fine. clients must be aware of the high risk of eating out on the streets and make shift thai restaurants around the area, where there is no food hygiene control. centrepoint has good food hugient, management, service delivery, control. well done.

our best hotel in Bangkok -still-
excellennt room, room service and staff
8.3
each time we go to bangkok, we try to stay here a few nights in the studio. it is well equipped for self cooking and eating indoors.
as the hotel in on top of robinsons warehouse, you can easily go downstairs for some forgotten shopping. the staff is friendly and very accommodating. its price is somewhat high, which is why we typically (4x)combine our stay with a more cheap hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
it is very close to the river so if you take a small walk, you can take a boat trip which is well worth its money

great location and fine rooms
Centre of Bangkok, close to shopping centre and sky train close by.
7
Excelent stay, nice food and fine rooms. Hotel service are great and we had a nice time there. Close to all shopping centre and all that bangkok can offer. Nice breakfast and staff at the hotel. Only con is that the hotel has been over its prime age, so it could be upgraded but for the room price you have a good deal and a plesant stay!

Lovely hotel and service with a smile"

The staff was excellent. Everything was spotlessly clean. WIFI a bit slow due to constant use of other guests. I would increase megabyte capacity of hotel for business ease.

Beautiful Hotel Friendly and Helpful Staff
Great location, great staff, yummy food, clean and spacious rooms
10
I stayed here for one night and loved it. I chose the smallest room but it was very spacious. The room had everything I needed, including dishes, tea pot, shampoo, body soap and lotion. Everything was clean and the bed was super comfortable. All the staff, including the bell man, were very friendly and eager to help. I ordered room service and the food came promptly and was excellent.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This hotel is close to the river and the BTS, Saphin Taskin. There is also a busy street right outside with many places to explore.
