Location ,People/hospitality Food, Clean

I dont like the fact that the restaurant is closed at 10pm so that I couldn't make room service for the late supper.

Location : very close to BTS saphan taksin and the pier for Chao phraya tour. It's also occupy a same building with Robinson. People : All of the staff are darlings..from the doorman to the technician (I needed their help to operate the washing machine, hehehe..). Me and my friends almost had no chance to push the lift button since the staff did it before us. And on my last day, the receptionist gave me free internet service since I already check out and just waiting for my friend to come. Food : plentiful and diverse.

large room with kitchen

breakfast was poor, staff wasn't the friendliest

Overall, this was a decent hotel in a great location. The room was large and loved that it had a kitchen (with even a washing machine) Staff could have been more friendly and breakfast could have been better, but good value for money spent.

Restaurant Tip : foodcourt at basement of robinson.

Wonderful room. Excellent price. Staff helpful with my many questions. Great guidance for eating and shopping. A block off the river and sky train.

None

The room itself was beyond my expectation. A superior property. Great location to both the river and sky train. Staff helped guide me to great shopping opportunities. Recommended great nearby out of the tourist way restaurants. Rush laundry no problem. Center Point is the spot I will return to. Good restaurants nearby. Location is a block off the street behind Robinson's. Difficult for my taxi to find. Could not be more pleased. The value for price is tremendous.

Travel tip : Ask staff about local seafood restaurants.

Very curtious staff, excellent, spacious rooms, very tasty breakfast. On site supermarket and huge departmental store. Very close to BTS and Pier.

No iron in the room. Neighborhood is unclean.

I would certainly stay here again as it is an excellent bargain. My stay in Bangkok could not have been better. Please use agoda.com to get this hotel. Take a taxi from and to the airport as it is fast and convenient. For muslims, there is a mosque near by and also Halal food available near the mosque. Please ask for river view rooms as they have a great view of the city and the river. The hotel decor is excellent.

Restaurant Tip : For Muslims, halal food is available near the mosque which is very close buy.

I have absolutely nothing bad top say about this hotel!!! I loved every square inch of it, in my room and out of it. Beautiful and you will not find a better, more value-minded and amenity-filled place to stay in Bangkok!

None

This was my 9th trip to Bangkok and I have stayed in many hotels (usually 2 each trip). I had always thought about staying here but never did until now. I was so surprised about how beautiful this hotel really was! The pictures on the web site need updated badly to reflect the serenity and spendor of this place. The rooms are HUGE with fully equipped kitchens and a washer/dryer unit. There is tons of closet space, free wifi access in rooms, balconies overlooking the river (in our Studio type B), large modern bathrooms with a tub and glass hower (great water pressure). The breakfast is more than adequate, the fitness center is fantastic and the pool is huge. There is a department store on the ground level and a full service grocery with deli and specialty stores in the basement. The sky train is only 2 blocks away as well as the river pier. You just cannot beat this ploace, for the price or the location!

Hotel Feature Tip : Everything you need is at this hotel. You can shop here, eat, swim in a huge pool, exercise and just relax. Getting around is a breeze from here.

Everything

Should be called "Bangrak" not "Silom" for ease of finding

Centre Point Silom was wonderful. We had a studio apartment with balcony overlooking river - EVERYTHING was super clean, huge and comfortable. Amenities in room (washer/dryer, microwave/stove/fridge cooking utensils and coffee making stuff was all there) - a home away from home! All staff were great, courteous, friendly and helpful - couldnt do enough for us. Breakfasts were of a high standard with a very good variety of cuisines. Pool great, library a rare find and very welcome. Beauty salon in centre was well priced, absolute bonus being on top of department store with supermarket on ground floor and good local market in Soi 50. Easy walking to skytrain and river ferrys.

Shopping Tip : Good eating on street outside, try "Queen of Curry" down Soi 50 - absolutely fabulous & well priced. Street food outside very good, clean and Cheap. Local market in Soi 50 really good value - but make sure you are of a small size.!

nice apartments, friendly staff, great breakfast

check in time is 2 p.m. If you arrive earlier, you have to wait or pay half the price the hotel usually asks for for the room (not the discounted agoda price)

Every time we come to Bangkok, we choose this Hotel, because of the friendly staff and the nicely furnished appartment rooms. As we are travelling for a long time, it is also very nice to have a washing machine in the room. The river views are great and the location of the hotel as well. It is only a few minute walk to the skytrain, the State Tower with the Shirokko Bar is also in walking distance, there is a food market,...

Travel tip : Shirokko Bar: a bar on the 64th floor with a great view over Bangkok. FlipFlops not allowed.

Locatıon, washer/dryer, value for money, DVD player, breakfast, balcony vıew, gym, pool

People on a nearby balcony very noısy one nıght, ınternet expensıve ıf you don't have your own laptop (but 2 ınternet cafes across road), staff asked for 6,000 THB deposıt when I arrıve even though I'd paıd ın full and had not been warned a deposıt was requıred

I had an apartment on the 16th floor whıch was apparently one of the renovated rooms. Everythıng was new and clean and ıt was spacıous. The bed was less comfortable than ın better hotels (e.g. Inter Contınental and Marıott) but ıt was fıne. The pool was very nıce and I seemed to be the only person who used ıt. Breakfast was what you would expect ın Thaıland. I usually stuck to omelette and fruıt. I used the gym every day - ıt was not huge but good enough. The staff were generally frıendly and helful. In terms of locatıon, there ıs a department store underneath the hotel whıch ıs very convenıent - ıt ıncludes a supermarket where you can get drınks and snacks to keep ın your room. There,s also a McDonalds but why use that when you're ın Thaıland? If you want to go to the Grand Palace and temples, the rıver taxı wıll take you there from a nearby pıer. For shoppıng, MBK etc can be reached from the sky traın next door. The sky traın wıll also take you to Patpong area ıf you want to see the nıght markets etc. Overall, the place was not over the top luxury but was nıce wıth everythıng you need and at a very good prıce.

Restaurant Tip : In between the hotel and the skytraın and pıer there's a local nıght market each nıght. Along the sıde of the nıght market, try a lıttle restaurant called Queen of Curry. they have won awards for theır curry and I thought ıt was great.

Very good location, staff very friendly and helpfull. Very clean at all times. Very quiet. Nice clean pool that was never busy. Would stay there again if visiting Bangkok.
