The room was large with a well equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Fantastic buffet breakfast and free cappuccino, latte, hot chocolate etc downstairs in the lobby. Good internet and a huge, clean pool. Overall a great stay.

Convenient Stay
The hotel is conveniently located clos to the boat station the train statation. We have a efficient travel going to the grand palace by boat and to department stores by train.

beautiful and clean room/hotel. staff and security were attentive. the room was big and washing machine worked great. i liked the location being connected to robinson dept store and easy walk to bts. breakfast buffet was amazing. swimming pool was clean. we really enjoyed our stay there.

We loved our stay here! Very central location allowing easy access to both sky train and water taxis. Clean, comfortable rooms (ours connected too!) and good selection on breakfast buffet. Also nice rooftop pool and lots of massage places surrounding hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Easy walk to sky train or central pier, and much cheaper than adjacent Shangri-la. Take the free water taxi to new waterfront development Asiatique, with lots of restaurants, hundreds of night market stalls, and a giant Ferris wheel.

i was there with my elderly parents and baby girl. the well equipped room made it convenient and comfortable for everyone. only one thing about the bathroom kind of irks me: the shower temperature. not sure if it was a thermostat problem but it's a chore getting the water to the right temperature and staying at the set temperature.
otherwise the hotel is in a fantastic location. just a 5-10min walk to the bts with plenty of street food and small shops all around. great for cheap but interesting shopping and eats.
thumbs up to the staff who were always smiling and obliging which always made us feel welcomed.
buffet breakfast was decent with a good spread but can be a little boring if you stay for more than 3 days.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Forget the restaurants. Comb the street for delicious local eats and bring them back to the hotel to enjoy at your own leisure.

We stayed here for two night. Seriously the best room in a hotel that I've stayed in. The room size is really big and it had a good kitchen, although we didn't use it because room service is really good and cheap. It's right near the main train line and main river boat stop. But it's on the edge of the CBD so train stops to some of the major action (which suited us perfectly). Hotel staff lovely and we got a great rate on agoda a few nights before our stay.
The pool is like an amazing oasis in the middle of the craziness of BangBang!
Totally recommend!
Travel tip:
there are lots of food shops across the road but they are very local and only suited to the braver travelers
