Internet, service, .. everything! Nothing worth mentioning. The essential advantages, from my perspective, were as follows:
Free 24 hour internet in your room. I used ethernet rather than WiFi (so can't comment on the quality of that) and it was fast and very reliable.
Free and easy to use fitness facilities - a squash court (very good), a gym, a jacuzzi and pool. The pool was not huge but it was rarely in much use and beautiful.
Service staff are some of the most professional I've encountered. Level of English much higher than is typical in Thailand.
Breakfast is of buffet type and imo excellent, as much as you can eat, excellent coffee etc.
Very high quality furniture in room, bathroom with tub and excellent shower, everything looked very modern.
Location excellent, right next to Skytrain. It is not, as some commenters said "a 5 minute walk", it is right on the corner, you don't even have to cross the road. It is much better not to need taxis in Bangkok! At Ploenchit you are right in the Sukhumvit area.
When it is fairly priced I couldn't really afford it but if you get a great rate from Agoda as I did it's fantastic.
Hotel Feature Tip : Squash court is great, and hardly used.

Great location to the Skytrain. The most excellent breakfast I have experienced in any Bangkok hotel. Rooms are modern and ultra clean. Its a large hotel , so staff a little stiff. I had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful hotel. It is clean, modern and very comfortable. Getting to it by taxi during rush hour is a challenge but well worth it. I have been to many hotels in Bangkok and I have to say that the breakfast here is excellent in quality and selection. Not large, but everything you would want to eat. I highly reccomend this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Cannot miss visiting the Suan Lum night market just minutes from the hotel

location , clean , calm , free internet , price in overall the hotel residence is great and the location is very central . the place is very clean and the value for money is excellent . in addition internet is free in the room and the view is astonishing . bed room is nicely decorated and original . service is good even so the english practice is not excellent. the break-feast is poor and not really YET comparable to other service apartment but it is included in price (already cheap) so no complain
