Rates, Rates, Rates...they are a bargain for what you get.which was first class service, attitude, facilities and location

VCant think of one

We like a bargain and got one at the Centrepoint Wirelss Rd which should really be a 5 star and not 4. Couldnt fault a thing to will dedfinately be returning each time we visit Bangkok

Hotel Feature Tip : Centrepoint is in a quiet location but right next door to Sky Train and a couple of dollars Taxi ride to anywhere...bets of both worlds

nice room, good service

none really

I liked this hotel quite a bit. The service was good and the room was nice. Internet worked fine. There was a 7-11 just outside and the BTS was easily accessible. I would recommend this hotel to others without reservation. The lobby was very large and the breakfast was full of excellent selections. Everything in the room worked as expected.

value for money.......friendliness....cleanliness excellent breakfasts...a1 location...pool and facilities...size of room

nothing......maybe wi fi not too good in room

the centrepoint wireless rod has to be the best value for money hotel in town. this is 4-5 star at the price of a 2-3 star. we couldnt fault a thing, from the location, nice and quiet but close to everything, to the friendliness, cleanliness, size of rooms and food. and it overlooks lovely gardens. highly recommended

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : close to sky train which is easy to use taxis to restaurant and shopping areas are very cheap and easy

Lobby is very private, without the noise and clutter of most hotels. Private and secure. Walking distance to shopping, Siam Square, metro stations. Convenient to book. Very happy with the property - serviced apartments.

Shopping Tip : walking distance - my most preferred shopping centre - Central Chidlom - 5% discount for tourists.

Good location, good breakfast, pleasant pool, and nice relaxing areas including a library

Pillows of poor quality

The Centrepoint is located in a good position on Wireless Road close to Sukhumvit. It is an apartment hotel and the rooms are comfortable with kitchen facilities. Breakfast is good, although it can get crowded later in the morning. The pool area is very nice and there is a small library, and coffee/tea is available through the day. It is a good place to stay, particularly for families.

The hotel is centrally situated just off Ploenchit. It has a spacious atmosphere. Our room was fitted with a mini-kitchen. Preparing food is possible. Good sports facilities, squashcourt, pool, gym.

Jacuzzi/sauna is separated for men and women. Can't enjoy these with your spouse. Reasons are understandable.

This place is just of Ploenchit on Wireless rd. Little bit less traffic yet 20 meters to Ploenchit. Very nice view, over the near embassies over Lumphini park. Quite remarkable: our room was fitted with a mini kitchen. Hardly ever would one need to cook in Bangkok but still, you could do so. Very nice sports facilities, very spacious, light lobby and central stairway. We stayed here couple of days upon arrival. Restaurant is adequate, nothing special.

Hotel Feature Tip : Squash rackets available with the hotel staff.

Cleanliness, polite staff and comfortable room.

2000 baht early booking rate for checking in at 2am was a bit much after being charged for the full day anyway.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful, quiet and comfortable experience. The room itself was extremely clean and comfortable. The balcony opened up to a great view of Bangkok and was a delightful place to sit and enjoy a drink while enjoying the view of the city skyline. I didn't care much for the louvre blinds between the bathroom and bed as it doesn't allow much privacy (even with the blinds closed) for someone using the bathroom. That's a minor gripe though. The buffet breakfast each day was very good and offers a wide variety. Sometimes there is a queue for the coffee machine but otherwise, a very nice breakfast experience.

Shopping Tip : Easy access to skytrain and shopping centers

Extremely helpful staff, great location, laundry in the room

no one ever picked up at the spa

This was our second stay at Centre Point wireless and we were not disappointed. We received the room we requested without a hitch. On this trip I did however, try to make an appointment at the spa. No one ever picked up the phone. I did not have time to inquire at the front desk, but it makes me question whether or not the spa is functional at the hotel. Not to worry, however. We found a great massage please two blocks over on Lang Suan called Chang. I highly recommend it.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go two blocks over for the Thai massage at Chang!

Clean, great pool/workout facilities, wood floors, balconies, location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast

none

This is by far the best value in this part of Bangkok. As a journalist who travels frequently, I now stay at this hotel everytime I go to Bangkok. The hotel itself has the facilities of a five star. The only aspect that would place the hotel in a lower category is the staff - who are more geared toward long-term guests who know Bangkok already - and the relative lack of stylishness of the furniture. Everything else, building wise, is at a high level. Expect to get a room here that should be valued at about $125-$175 in the Bangkok market, but for $60-90. You will happy if your expectations are in that range.

Travel tip : Near the PloenChit BTS stop.

location, price

WiFi signal is weak, Heavy trafic on Witthayu and Sukumvit roads

I think they should change the name from Wireless to Witthayu. Taxi drivers understand Thanon Witthayu but Wireless road. Location wise this hotel is supposed be at convenient area, which is basically true that it's only 5 minutes away from the BTS Phloen Chit station and close to many shopping malls (few stops away by BTS). On the other hand very few local street foods available in the area. To get to the BTS station you have to go up stairs and it's not really nice if you carry large or heavy luggage. Room that I stayed is small relative to other rooms that I stayed in other Centre Point Hotels (Sukhumvit and Petchaburi) but I think it's reasonable for the price. (you can get much larger room at Centre Point Petchaburi for the same amount of money though). For inclusive breakfast, they didn't issue tickets. Instead just use the room card key I think that's a good idea but it's not convenient after all. You might have to wait in line during rush hour to get processed your card. Food is, average. Nothing special. The convenient store that attached to the hotel isn't convenient. Very small selection and pricy. Overall, I am satisfied.

Good location, great breakfast, and great service

Room is a bit small, hotel is a bit old, and taxi drivers don't really know where the hotel is located

I was very satisfied with the hotel. I wasn't expecting too much when I booked the hotel because the price is so cheap so I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel turned out to be much better than I thought. The location is great - 5min walk to Phloen Chit or 10min walk to Chit Lom station. Although the breakfast selection is limited but the hotel has a different variety of food every morning. However, it's better to get there early because the restaurant can get crowded after 8:30am. The only things I don't like are the rooms are a bit small and it's quite noisy outside so I couldn't really sit back and relax on the balcony. I will definitely stay in this hotel again!

Travel tip : Most of the taxi drivers don't know where the hotel is located so just tell them the hotel is right across from the Plaza Athenee Hotel.

clean comfortable and quite upmarket for price

sykpe access and a bar would be good. Bed slightly hard

clean comfy and quite "posh" for the price. Brilliant having a balcony as well even if teh view isn't exactly scenic it is still specacular.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : on the same road as the Suan Lum night market and round the corner from the Chidlom Shopping Centre - abit like house of fraser but better. Also 1min from the BTS with good access to everywhere

Shopping Tip : to go to major shopping centre MBK, Siam Paragon, Siam Centre only 10 minutes by Taxi or Tuk-Tuk, ask concierge to write your hotel address in Thai some of taxi/tuk-tuk driver may not understand English

Size of room, helpful staff, proximity to Skytrain, shopping, night bazaar

none

This was our first stay at Centre Point at the recommendation of a friend. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment with two adults and one child. We did not request an extra bed ($25) as our son was small enough to fit on the couch. The hotel provided extra blankets and pillows without hesitation. The room is incredibly spacious and even had two TVs. It is clean and well decorated. Having laundry in the room was a real bonus that we took advantage of. While I did find the staff to be a little cool on the surface, I cannot say enough about how helpful they were. They made several personal phone calls for me when I needed a Thai speaker. Everyone was so warm with our son. You can’t beat the location of this place. Incredibly close to the skytrain, but far enough away from the center of things to seem peaceful. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and definitely stay again.

Travel tip : Go to the aquarium in Siam Paragon! A bit pricey but fabulous if you have kids.
