Clean, quiet and location is very convenient The staff at the front desk was very polite and pleasant during all check-in/check-out. Housekeeping was most prompt when i asked for an iron and an extra pillow. They also took the initiative to hang my shirt on a hanger as i was drying it on the balcony on the chair. Thought that was above and beyond their call of duty.
The waiters and waitresses at the restaurant too were very polite and helpful. As i didn't fancy the coffee from the machine at the breakfast table, they more than willing made me a cup each morning from inside the kitchen, which to me taste a whole lot better than the one from the machine.
Afraid i didn't get a chance to check out the gym or the swimming pool but if the staff and other facilities at the hotel is anything to go by, i'll assume it's lovely.
Overall, had a very pleasant experience at the hotel and would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Shopping Tip : The hotel is located between 2 BTS which just about get you anywhere. However, should one want to walk, there's Central Chidlom just round the corner and further on Central World. On the opposite direction, one can walk to the night bazaar, Suan Lum (a long walk mind you) and 7-Eleven shores on both sides of the hotel.

Customer Service and the friendliness of the entire staff. The room was just awesome. It included a bedroom, gorgeous bath, kitchenette with all you need, washer/dryer and a sitting area with desk. Not a great view but, we weren't in the room long enough to hang out on the balcony. The location was great, the staff was wonderful.
The food was excellent. I have no complaints about this hotel and would recommend it to anyone staying in Bangkok. Close to shopping, etc.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Close to all the sights, shopping, etc.

spacious, modern, good service, good dollar value We were pleasantly surprised by the complete apartment atmosphere .... like being home. Good menu ... reasonably priced... so much so that we ordered more than we could eat. Friendly and prompt service. The experience was further complimented by a very good breakfast buffet which featured a wonderful assortment of foods that should satisfy most any taste. I think we were spoiled .... couldn't find a flaw ..... looking forward to coming back!
Hotel Feature Tip : Hotel was so comfortable ....had a very good assortment of movies and shows, free internet and such good room service ... you may not want to go out!

facilities location helpful staff the only problem had was the taxi driver had two attempts trying to find it even using the taxi map could with a little more detail. well excellent hotel 5 star status. as this was my first visit we had a studio room to see what it was like very good. the hotel is 5 star with
the facilities pool gym suna squash etc very good

Nice area,close to the center This hotel offer the best value price. Thea service is excellent. The rooms is big , clean with all the facility. The staff give very good service. Kitchen, right next to BTS, friendly staff, free internet, great breakfast, good shower. The hotel is very secure (they scan all cars as they enter) and the staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much and will be staying there again. Being right next to the BTS was the best thing about the hotel. You are minutes from the whole of Bangkok instantly which is great. Everything you would expect from a new, well run hotel. The free internet (both ethernet and wireless) was great.
Hotel Feature Tip : Internet service is great - just don't forget to ask for your login when you check in.

The location is good, could reach the MRT easily. Also you could walk to shopping center block away. The room is nice and view is wondeful. The breakfast is nice too. The breakfast table is too near with each other. Then it's disturbing by each other. I think you could choose this hotel because the good location, wonderful freight, nice room type.

parking car is not applicable Clean, good , private and high standard of living. Good reasonable price for business day trip. you can go anyway in the cetor of bangkok, it will take only short time even in rush hour if you go by car, by the way if you go by BTS it will even better.
Big room, and good view, and have everything at you want, make me feel you stay at your home. (Feel like a you stay at music room, cooking room, bed room.)
Recommend for business trip , it will save your time to go anywhere in bangkok.

Close to Skytrain, excellent gym, kitchenette good for long stays, great views of city from balcony Staff a bit uptight; tend to cater to more long stay residents than short stay. I stayed at Center Point for six months (1 bedroom apartment) five years ago during and assignment in BKK. This trip was for a week's vacation (studio). This is one of the newer Centre Points in BKK. Great location, 5 mins to the train. Rooms very good with free internet, balcony, mini stereo, DVD, etc. Well worth the money compared to standard hotel.
Service can be a bit dicey; staff tends to cater to long term guests first, but still good by BKK standards. Mini mart has shrunk considerably in size, but 7-11 within 5 min walk on Sukhumvit. Wireless Rd can be a traffic nightmare; no problem for non-drivers.

Hotel is situated in thebest location of Bangkok. 100 meter to sky train, 2 minutes from all main shopping centers and business centers of Bangkok. and less then 10 minutes from Vibrant river front staff are are helpful, but too much bussiness like . Some time cold and distant. This can be due to understaffing- long shift? The hotel is of good value. Clean, great ambience, the sense of space is great. My stay was on the high floor and this offers and gret very good night view of sky craper of BKK. The hotel room has a facility of "home" with washing machine and kitchen ware- so that if you want to feel cozy and at home in the morning without going to down to BF - it is quite self contain. You can have your breakfast + coffee in the room. Another feature I like is the way the bath room is made. There is a window that can open to the bed room giving a sense of space & style. It is homey and with style, light and airy. But the best of all is ; this price, the great location right at the heart of Bangkok, and the great room/facility. Rated Superb.! I will come back and recommend to friends
Nightlife Tip : near siam square -big cenemas, suan lum night barza for night shopping for locl crafts/products. River front for romantic dinning

I extended my booking through Agoda and have reviewed my stay already. The hotel said they had no rooms but Agoda had plenty so I don't know what was going on there. But I just booked and emailed the front desk with the voucher and all was taken care of. All in all this was one of the best hotels that I stayed at on my trip. I will definitely stay there again. Even the printing in the business section was free.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Right next to BTS for easy access anywhere. Also across from the Vietnamese embassy which was helpful for visas.

We were impressed as we pulled in to Centrepoint Wireless.The lobby was spacious and appealig and the welcome friendly.No doubt our experience was much improved by an unexpected upgrade,but we really enjoyed our stay here.The balcony with lovely outlook was used morning and evening,breakfast and pool were good,tea,coffee and newspapers available in the lobby.We would certainly stay here again.
Nowhere very interesting within short walk,although skytrain nearby.We would have liked a few tea and coffee sachets in our room. The hotel was very pleasant and friendly.We were there for a rest, so enjoyed evening drinks on our balcony watching the lights come on.It was amazingly peaceful there.The room and beds were very comfortable,the breakfast good and interesting.We also spent some time by the lovely pool.and sitting in the lobby reading the papers.
Travel tip : Do not miss Jim Thomsons house,a short distance by sky train.

* people at the front desk were not so nice this time. we didn't had particular problem, just they were not so nice and polite as before.
* this time we stayed in the studio, there is no laundry machine, so you'll have to use the laundry service.
* depending on the location of the room in its floor, it might be very noisy (elevator machinery) This was our 4th stay in this hotel, about 1 week after the previous one, and we faced the same problem at the front desk: people are not being nice. They do their job, ok, but they should great people more properly, smile more, ... I consider myself rather smiling calm and polite, so there was absolutely nothing from me that could have caused such cold faces (and I saw it was the same with other guests too), and specially when this is my 4th stay in that hotel in less than 8 months ... I really expect a better behaviour from the front desk.
The rest of the stay was still enjoyable, you just go to the front desk a few times. The studio room was quite nice, but noisy (just next to the staff room of the floor). I will probably book again there next time I go to Bangkok, I still recommend this hotel. but they'll here me if the front desk doesn't change its ways.
