Close to shopping malls and Bumrungrad Hospital My husband and I always stay at Center Point Wireless when in Bangkok. It's within walking distance, a short taxi ride, or 2 Sky Train stops from Siam Paragon. It's also a 5 minute taxi ride to Bumrungrad Hospital. All of the rooms have a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, which comes in handy when staying for an extended period of time. Room service is mediocre. With all of the restaurant choices in Bangkok, it's better to go out of the hotel. Overall, our stays have always been pleasant and up to our standards.

The location of Centre Point, Wireless Road, is a great feature with a SkyTrain station within 100 metres. Taxis are readily available too.
The hotel is clean throughout and the pool is perfect on hot afternoons. Reception staff, though polite, are inflexible and never ever offer upgrades even if the hotel is half full. The rooms, though clean, are beginning to show their age and need renovation. Breakfast is very much poorer and lacks the imagination and creativity it used it have under the previous contractors. I've stayed at Centre Point, Wireless Road, many times and whilst I like and the cleanliness and the location, I remain dismayed by the inflexibility of the staff at Reception. Breakfast, which used to be excellent, is now verging on 'poor' and needs improvement. Despite this, I'd stay there again.
Shopping Tip : Central Department Store is a five minute walk from the hotel and apart from excellent fixed price shopping, there are very good and economical restaurants on the 1st and 7th floors

Quiet, cosy & value for money. Convenient for shopping in the heart of Bangkok. The hotel facilities are well maintained and the staff are very friendly. If they have a self laundry room with drying machine on every floor, it would be much much better for longer stay. This was the first time I used Agoda for the hotel booking in Bangkok. It was a pleasant experience that both the service of Agoda and the hotel were fascinating. There are a lot of great shopping malls and best cuisines around the hotel. If you don't bother to go out, the gym and the pool are good places for hanging around. The pantry within the room is the most friendly facility for my wife.

Impressive looking hotel.
Very friendly and informative staff.
Close proximity to sky rail station.
Spotless room. Unfortunately we only had an overnight stay at the Centre Point. From the moment we entered the impressive hotel lobby we found all staff polite and informative. The doormen gave us advice on how to get to various locations. Our room was perfect with a kitchen that had all the necessary utensils. There was a very well appointed separate bathroom. The sky rail is a very short walk and after two railway stops, you were in the heart of Bangkok in Siam Square. Unfortunately we had to miss breakfast as we had a 6.30am train to catch.

the staffs are nice, the place is quite, and the room is clean. not very convience thou, the BTS station is close but you have to walk up a bit for the pedestrian overpass. We all enjoy the time of staying here, the room is clean and staffs are very nice and helpful. I specially enjoy the free internet thru the entire hotel that I can access anytime anywhere. The location is not so good, but the environment is quite. The buffet breakfast has not many choices.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : at the end of wirless road, there is a bazaar, very famous one, but you may need to take a taxi to there.

Central location I found the Hotel to be okay only. I've been to far better hotels for the same price, with far more congenial and helpful staff. Here, I found the majority of staff, particularly at the reception desk, as well as some in the cafe (where breakfast is served) to be rude, and unhelpful. For that reason alone, I will not return.
Travel tip : Don't bother taking taxis from the hotel anywhere. Two sky trains are within easy walking distance. To go shopping, you can even walk the distance, and certainly faster than in a taxi could take you given all the traffic. And most importantly, bring breathable, comfortable shoes (ladies...)

Gym and pool were great. Only con would be that the wireless internet in my room did not work well. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay and I shall be returning.

Very good location, great facilities, very nice staff Couple of card detector machines were not working - very minor cons!! Our stay at Center Point Wireless is always great! We've been there many times and keep coming back everytime we go to Bangkok. The staffs are very nice and after years, they still remember you as a regular visitors. The room is quite big with a complete facilities (dining table, kitchen + utensil, big fridge), the bed is comfy, TV, DVD players, Radio), gym, pool, kids playground, the food is good, bfast is great, plus they always have complimentary special events such as Valentine's Day ice cream! The room is being cleaned up everyday, including your dirty plates!! That's why it is "A place you'll call it home" !!
The location is perfect too.. A walking distance to shopping malls, supermarket,5 min. to BTS (sky train) station. Even you could walk up to Siam Paragon and MBK through sky bridge! Suan Lum Night Bazzar is just on the other end of the road, only Bht 30 by taxi or Bht 50 by tuk tuk.. So it's a midnight shopping everyday!!
So, nothing's perfect than staying in Center Point Wireless and I'm sure we keep coming back everytime we're in Bangkok!!
Shopping Tip : Try to explore the small market at the area next to Krungthep Bank, from 10am-2pm, except Monday. You'll find nice stuffs! But during lunch time is quite busy though..

- only a few meters to the sky train
- construction across the street a bit noisy
-could smell cigarette smoke from a neighboring room (yuk) I stayed here with my aunt for 3 days. It was a return visit for me! We really enjoyed being close to the skytrain since we could go anywhere from there. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. The room was really nice and the beds were comfy. The breakfast is fantastic. The cooks and staff were very attentive. Overall a great experience. Will be returning next time I go to BKK.
