The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The breakfast is an excellent buffet and a good value.
The breakfast buffet, while excellent is mostly American. I would like more Thai food choices.
The rooms are spacious and include a mini-bar and coffee maker. The beds are very comfortable and included just 1 pillow. We like 2. We called housekeeping and within 5 minutes we had two extra pillows. The entire staff was so friendly and informative. The hotel transportation dept was very knowlegable, offering shopping places and also a good idea on fares by taxi and the tuk-tuk, which was very helpful. They also have a free shuttle service to the skyway and to 2 different shopping centers I will definately stay there again.
Restaurant Tip : There were several good seafood restaurants close to the Hotel.

- near to BTS(Sky Train)
- staff is friendly, can converse in English
- nice breakfast
- room is neat and quiet
The hotel is pretty near(10 mins on foot) to the BTS(Sky train) that is 2 stations from the Siam Square. I like the location as you can get to town fast and easily, and yet avoiding the heavy town traffic. There is also free ferry service to BTS/MBK at specific timing(need to reserve), good for your legs before shipping. Staff is friendly and can communicate well in English. Good and tasty breakfast spread means you may(I did) end up overeating. Rooms are comfortable and quiet.

Lovely decor, clean, neat and elegant.
Communication skills lacking from the staff in the reception area. Although the staff is friendly they battle to understand what one's is saying which makes it slightly frustrating for us. Eventually we just give up trying to explain ourselves.
We've had some pretty hairy experiences at hotels in Thailand - so we were preparing ourselves for the same.
I'm happy to say that this time we were pleasantly surprised with the lovely atmosphere an friendliness of the staff.
Our rooms were lovely and clean and my little 3 year old daughter had a bed made up for her which she loved.
The room service was good although again, we had a little problem with communication. Nevertheless, the staff in general was friendly and always had a smile for us.
The breakfast was excellent and delicious but it did take awhile to find someone to bring us coffee.
However we have few complaints and would recommend The Century Park Hotel to all our friends and acquaintances.
Regards,
Mr and Mrs P.M. Coimbra
Shopping Tip : There are a bunch of shopping centers and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Possibly 10 too 15 mins walk.

Good size rooms, modern decor, excellent dining area for breakfast, Hotel shuttle bus to take you to nearest sky train station.
A distance from nearest shops and markets. Very few Restaurants in the vicinity of the Hotel.
The Century Park is a well established Hotel. Good size rooms with views over Bangkok. Dining facilities are excellent. A very good breakfast with a good selection of food is available. Furniture and beds are of good quality and the facilities are good. Lovely swimming pool and area and excellent sports room. We checked out in the afternoon and were able to use the pool and showers while we waited around until time to leave the Hotel for our flight.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There is a Hotel Shuttle bus that goes twice a day to all the major shopping centres and also every hour to the nearest skytrain station. Walking to the nearest shops/market is a good 30 minutes away.

reasonable rate and appropriate location
unreasonable charge for internet access. The massage service is acceptable but not quite worth the price.
When I arrived in the hotel the appearance was quite different from what I saw at hotel website. Should the hotel stand behind a park? The staffs were polite. I was not sure if I missed a welcome drink 'casue I saw that some other guests had the drink when they checked in right at the front counter. I didn't have to wait in line for the breakfast. It was good! It was definitely a fair deal.

Good clean modern hotel in central Bangkok. Friendly helpful staff. Good restaurant and bar. Fantastic outdoor pool. Well equipped gym. Close walk to Bangkok Rapid Transit System, so therefore easy to get to gigantic Chatuchak Weekend Market. Not to far by taxi or tuk tuk to any of Bangkok's main attractions.

Friendly staff, rooms and bathroom are clean and neat
Did not find anything unsatisfied with the hotel.
This is my first time visiting to Bangkok and I must say the hotel is 'the' place to stay. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms and bathroom are really clean. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting Bangkok.

Very well situated - nice rooms -swimming pool
The Century Park Hotel is well situated, near the shopping centers- the breakfast is good and healthy, nice swimming pool & fitness - the staff of the hotel is very friendly. The rooms are a little bit old but they are very clean and big enough.Price is without breakfast, a little bit expansive.

the concierge wasn't helpful and seem oblivious to request for alternative transport/info to airport, just keep pushing for cabs. No English papers provided, which is the least to expect from a 4-star hotel
I don't know why the hotel needs to have the id/passports of both occupants for a double room, which makes for inconvenience. Also, proper instruction for making local calls in the room will help.

Breakfast
There are not many good restaurants in walking distance
We arrived from New Zealand at 2am tired and were greeted with a smile our room was sorted out in 5 minutes and after such a long flight it was a relief.
The breakfast buffet was everything you could want including fresh baked ham. We stayed six nights and our only concern was the price of food at the hotel. That is normal for a 4 star hotel so it was not a problem
Shopping Tip : There is a shopping complex ten minutes walk from hotel. Turn left out the front door and cross road. Walk ten minute up street and you will find indra centre it has plenty of little shops no need for MBK

Great Breakfast, gym, rooms
Really nice Lobby and the tour desk was always friendly.
plenty of staff on reception and the lady in the Business Centre was really nice.
Pool was a little cold ast some stages of the day as it was shaded by the building. Just a little out of the way so ensure that you know your way around the corner to Victory Monument and then onto the light rail systems but otherwise make good use of the shuttle
Wereally enjoyed our stay in Century Park Hotel. A real 5 star hotel but without the pretension of being bigger than it's self. Note a little out of the main part of town, but Taxi's and Tuk Tuk were so inexpecsive made getting around really easy. Really nice rooms and facilities, gym & pool was great. Tour desk and Business Centre Staff were always nice, and plenty of staff on Reception. On of the quickest Room Services I have ever encountered.
Nightlife Tip : To really appreciate Bangkok would suggest that you track down afforadable loft/sky bars & eating places to watch the sun go down and the lights of the city come up. Truly special way to finish a busy day.

The staff were friendly and warm every time you walked through the front door. The rooms were clean and tidy and value for money.
Airconditioner in the hallways.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : After having stayed in Phuket for 8 days we were in need of washing some clothes and did not want to pay hotel prices, we found out through someone else that there is a laundry mat round the corner from the hotel and it was a much cheaper solution.

Good location, Big room. Nice and big bathroom.
Internet very expensive, small pool- pool mostly for children.
The staff was friendly and the hotell has very good location. Close to public transportation so you are not only dependent on taxi. The prices in the hotell is same as in a five star hotell, which means the prices are higher than normal, not only on internet which is the most expensive i Bangkok, but even on lesuirements in the pool area. It is a four star older hotel. The lobby is a nice and quiet place to sit and read. The personal is nice and friendly. The bath room is good and big with a seperate shower. The Hotel is clean and nice.
