Responsive staff that speaks good english, nice clean room and good amenities. Deluxe rooms could have a few more amenities Stayed for 2 nights. Several restaurants are located on the hotel grounds and a piano player and singer perform most evenings in the hotel lobby bar. Golf driving range, standard spa and deluxe spas are also available. Very nice hotel for a good price.
Hotel Feature Tip : The Rachadapisek MRT station is 1-2 blocks away.

I found this hotel perfect for what i wanted, i didnt want it to manic so just on the edge of the city was perfect, the railway station is nearby and its not far to walk for something to eat or drink if you want a change, i wanted somewhere close to the city wher i had some business to do so this hotel in my mind is the perfect place.

FREE internet in the room is very important to me :) not include breakfast, and restruant is very expensive.
no shop outside the hotel. this hotel is very comfortable, and good, nice and clean. good faculity, SPA, swimming pool, and free internet which are all outstanding points.
many kind of food of restruants are aviable also.
very near the Metro station, easy to acces to public transpotatation. Taxi are also avaiable outside.
Expensive resturant, and no shop outside the hotel is a small problem for me.
but over all this is a good hotel, which i already stay twice. for a neat and comfortable vocation, it is a choice.

service and helpful manner of the staff All the facilities are first class. We have stayed at this hotel over about 10 years and always come back to it. The staff are well groomed, friendly and always willing to help. The bakery is great and inhouse yet. Swimming pool and gym first class.
Shopping Tip : Lots of the major stores, Robinson's, Home Pro, shopping centres all within 5 minutes by taxi.

Nice place with very good appointments and a very attentive housekeeping staff. It has a very impressive lobby and the rooms match the niceness. I stayed in one of the Superior rooms (cheapest) and it was delightful Some of the staff is at times kind of snarky but I am used to that in most places I travel, they also did not have my reservation that I booked through agoda but I had my confirmation with me Very nice and clean with an abundant array of activities available if you wish to partake. The bathrooms are beautiful with a shower and a bath in marble and the rooms feel very fresh and up to date with modern amenities such as computer modem and mini fridge.

I found the hotel to be of a good standard but found nothing exceptional. The location is not very desirable for those who want to travel around the main shopping districts and there was no real transport access.
Shopping Tip : carrefour is near for shopping.

5 min walk to MRT station
quite, no obvious nightlife activity around the area room look old, refurbishment would be great Was staying at Imperial queens before went to this hotel, because wanting a hotel near the MRT station as we were going to Siam Narawit theatre show and chatucak market. Both easier to travel to via MRT. I was happy that i chose this hotel as it is good value for the price paid.Booked superior room(via internet) , and was upgraded to deluxe room as i requested for double bed and non smoking room.Room and bathroom is big, comfortable, admittingly look quite old but clean and comfortable.
5 min walk to MRT station. Surrounding area is not as busy, hectic and no massage parlor and stuff seen - as in Sukhumvit road-which is a very plus point to me.
Staf are helpful.Allowed late check-out at 2pm without extra charge.
It is not a 5 star hotel, so i dont expect it to be and for its star rating , it is very good value for money.

Big room with Golf driving range This hotel is massive. Very big hotel and big room with comfortable bed and bathroom. You can stay in the hotel for a whole day without getting bored. Big parking space with Golf driving range that make you relax. Also with the nice singer in the cafeteria and buffet japanese restaurant in the 2nd floor. The hotel may be a bit old but the decoration is still amazing and everything is so clean. Not expensive price as well, really worth for money. Only concern is traffic in ratchada road that is quite jam. This hotel also near the cluubing area (ratchada soi 4) that is good if you like clubbing.
Nightlife Tip : Ratchada soi 4 is just 5 mins from the hotel

Cleanliness, friendly staff, large room. The hotel is a little out of town. It means that you have to take taxi everywhere. The room was large and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cakes in the coffee shop were very reasonably priced and delicious. The Chinese restaurant was very good. I'd recommend this hotel.

Carpets are in need for renewal or spots should be cleaned We like to have a small breakfast and therefor did not use the breakfast buffet. For 2 eggs, bacon and coffee we paid 588 baht. For toast we had to get it ourselves, the coffee was not served a 2nd time. The service was poorly compared to the charge and what we consumed.
On another instance we had asked to arrange a hire car from AVIS at Munich Airport upon our arrival. The lady at the service center on 16th floor was busy on the phone when asked about it. Very annoyingly she put her phone down and gave us a phone number so we could phone ourselves and then continued with her telephone conversation.
Shopping Tip : Siam Paradigam is worth to mention as it presents a world class shopping centre

Good Hotel, clean and good staff. Convenient Location and food is great. They have small swimming pool and a jaccuzi which is great. If you need to go to Sukhumvit, it takes more than 40 mts, sometimes because of traffic it takes more than an hour. We enjoyed our stay there, spend good time in the Jaccuzi and food is nice bit over priced.
Shopping Tip : Robinson is 10 mts on Taxi

Clean, nice hotel. Friendly Staff. Easy to Locate. I stayed couple of nights with friends. Nice and comfortable stay. Food is good and breakfast is bit expensive but good.
