there was not one aspect i disliked about the setting and will definitely stay with you again on my next trip within the next 12 months ****
staff excellent and most informative regarding anything i requested ****
just an excellent venue ****
Shopping Tip : super facility maybe a bit out of the way but worth the effort to take a 100 b trip to the nearest station chong nonsi or use the bus provided by the hotel....

I like the special service especially all ladies in the front desk. Any ideas / wishes they could fullfil
the only negative point was the male front desk guy at the time of the departure around 10:30 p.
The location is a little bit difficult to find for the tax and since now the hotel name as changed from previous Oakwoods to Chatrium and out of main centrum. Rooms are big and nice to have an extra room for meetings. The supermarket is well sorted and I like the sushi/maki at the Japanese Restaurant, which you also can take at the pool restaurant. The breakfast is OK but this part could improve on the variety especially when you stay longer so you have more choice.
But I will go there again especially the service is great there.
