had a huge deal from agoda to this comfy hotel. pool is very suitable for small children ( one third of it is only 40 cm high water ). pool area is also mostly shaded by palmtrees and buildings , no need to aply suncream that much... pool is also cleaned well. we enjoyed buffet breakfast , very high standard!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This residence is for kids , so take them to Dusit Zoo 150 baht by taxi and 100 baht entrance fee for adults , 50 baht for kids.

Nice hotel, good service, under restoration

I was there for exhibition and the location good for pick up me. Is little far from the centre but close and convenient to use the public transportation, specially to avoid the traffic jam.

Room is ok but location far off from Main Shopping

Let down by the room design i.e Old TV, too small and the one in the living room placed too low; below the DVD player. Looks like design mistake.
One of the Kitchen hot plate not working; no chopsticks and some expected kitchen accessories not provided.
No toothbrush, toothpaste and shaver. Remember to bring on your own.
Location is far off from Shopping Area and while transport is provided to certain area only; no transport to BTS after 10am. For thsoe who is in Bangkok for Shopping, be prepared.
However, amenities around the apartment is ok with Starbuck, Spermarket, Seven-Eleven, Massage and Spa available. This apartment is probably alright for long term stay. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Second time I have stayed at this hotel and will return. Very good hotel with spacious rooms, large attractive pool and well-equipped gym. Laundry machines on premises. Only complaint is the charge for Internet access seems too steep where other hotels offer it complimentary. Nice selection of items for breakfast in an attractive restaurant. Good service from staff.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a good Isan suki restaurant about a block away; turn left out of the hotel and it is about a five minute walk. Very good food and very reasonable price.

Not as good as we'd expected

If you like modern finishes without any real character or charm, this is a good choice. Clean and modern. The room was like a studio apartment. Functional and clean.

I just stayed for one night, but was very pleased with the room (free upgrade) and the hotel in general. No complaints.
Shopping Tip:
Central rama 3 shopping center is just 10 min away by foot. And if you want to get into town, but don't want to get stuck in traffic, you can catch the brt (bus rapid transit) just down the road, which connects to the bts (skytrain) at chong nonsi station. It's very convenient!

the hotel is bit out of city centre but is not a problem as long as taxis are really cheap in bangkok.the pool is goergeous with too much shadow which it can be nixe in summer...rfooms very big and clean and we used the gretest gim we´ve ever stayed at with a sauna, jacuzzi and steam-room that seemed form the best spa.the worse thing is breakfast and the unfriendly staff there.gtey started to pick up everything without even advicing that iti was exactly 10,30.in 5 minutes there was no food at all.
Travel tip:
To avoid traffic jams go to the nearest pier and take the boat to the main atractions
