We are family of six with 4 teenagers. We had a little communication problem to start with but very things are work out fine during our stay. Our children enjoy the pool, gym and they can take care of themselves when we are not with them. Thus, the housekeeper did not refill toilettes everyday (like toilet paper, shampoo or soap). Not sure why, I though it's part of the daily service. Apart from that everything are good. Recommended !

Made a mistake by arriving in Bangkok a day early so rather than go back to Pattaya used the Internet cafe upstairs at the Airport (100 Bhat for 20 min )to check out a Hotel Downtown.
Chose this hotel great rate about £60.On arrival at reception we were given a glass of cold refreshing juice.
The booking in was very efficient and friendly all the staff had good English as well.
Were shown to our room on the 13th floor we all had big smiles on our faces the rooms were great really big our little girl was running around really happy , The appartment had much more room than the entire living space of our own home including the garage ( we do live in a small place )when we went out it took a while to locate all the switches over the apartment to turn out the lights.
Spent some time in the afternoon at the pool and had lunch there which was good.
We booked a metered taxi through the Hotel for 0630 which arrived and was not expensive at-just under 300 Bhat.
We loved our short visit

We just arrived without a booking but it was considerably cheaper by book through Agoda which we did in the reception lounge and only took a short time

I was happy with the stay because it was a hotel that catered for families with the 4 adult suite and there were no hassles. You can eat at the hotel or buy your own food and use the kitchen cutlery for lunch and dinner. The breakfast was OK and up to standard but could of improved a little bit by adding more choice of food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok with their family who and are looking for reasonable rates with clean spacious rooms and good service.

Loved it, awesome pool, great gym, very large rooms, just wish there was a real shower (hate showering in the bath !) Breakfast is included , plenty of choice, average pastries and hot dishes though.
overall highly recommended !

after a minibus style tour round thailand this was a" haven like" one night stopover in bangkok before flying out. it was fantastic for the price but then thats thailand, would have cost 5 times as much in australia. pool was great for the kids with a bar & food available next to it. a short stay so didnt get out and about but i think train is nearby , lots of cabs about. nice part of bangkok i'm told.
with 3 kids 10, 9 & 6 it fitted them all in comfortably with great aircon and cable tv whilst they relaxed a bit.

It started even before stepping in. The security and the bell captain open the door and handle your baggage with a smile. The receptionist upgraded us to a 3bedroom residence as there was no available 2rooms what we have booked. The residence is spacious with 2bathrooms and kitchen, very handy with kids. The pool terrace is wonderful, well kept and nicely organized.
Breakfast at Oasis on the pool terrace amazing, tastes good with many varieties to choose from. We ate New year buffet at Oasis for $20 per adult and kids half price optional. (compared to a rip off by Tropical garden phuket for $95 for Christmas eve obligatory).
After every day trip in Bangkok, what a relief that we are going back to our oasis Chatrium. Good value for money, luxurious and away from hustle.
