The Hotel is for the Price more than convenient. Sometimes it is a Little noisy esspecially in the morning time when everybody closing the doors.

Location is good. Room is large and comfortable. However, toilet's cleanliness can be improved. Shower heater was not working for my room. Slightly over priced.

Staff is lazy and not helpful. I called for the plumber to look at the water heater and it took them half and hour to reach despite calling and shouting at the front desk.
No smoking in almost all the rooms

Overall average as it was close to lumpini stadium

Everything was ok except that it is far away from food joints and/or local food. Have to go to the other side of the road at Silom area to get food. Upon check out discovered that I have to pay for toothbrush which as usually complementary for a 3 star hotel. Complaint that there were no price for it. They eventually showed me that it was on a card with other information on it such as telephone numbers and others. The price was not prominently displayed which actually I do not need to use the toothbrush provided. Nevetheless I reluctantl paid for it and went off.
