I would recommend this hotel. Its quite close to the night market and the BTS skytrain and everything overall we were pleased.
Friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet. The services are good overall. Everything is clean everyday.
Couldn't call back to my country - they couldn't open "their calling line" for some reasons. One more thing, the shower changed to cold water not even after 5 minutes.

The staff greets us everyday and are very friendly. Overall the room is above average.We would like to stay there if we go Bangkok again.We rented a car but there is not enough parking.We have to drive around to look for parking a lot.The breakfast is the same every morning.

i left my passport at the hotel and wanted to have a carrier pick up for me. The hotel was difficult and did not expedite such a small but important request. They suggested that I return to Bangkok or have a friend pick it up. Are they not my friends? Or am i just a past customer who is no longer paying for their services. Their assistance earned them this review. I shall not be returning.
good breakfast
room noisy-there was a party in the neighboring room which they allowed to continue until 3:30 am, room service did not replenish water or coffee or supply fresh towels, no free internet in room although advertised this way on Agoda. The restaurant on premises is ridiculously expensive. $80 US for two without alcohol--tiny pieces of fish...like Costco samples. Wow!!! Tasted good...but almost too small to taste.
