3) In room massage service was very very great & relaxing 1) Master control switch was connected with the bathroom - means you have to on the bed lights to light up the bathroom
2) Vanity water pressure too low
3) Sound insulation almost nil The greatest thing is that the apart hotel is very near to Foodland, so convenient. Service & facilities were good as it was managed by Ascott/Somerset group. Very clean, trendy & young at heart. Simple, very boutique and protocol free. The pool facilities is very basic but good enough.
The minus point was the sound proofing which was very bad, you can hear what people next door is talking.
Shopping Tip : There is Foodland 24 hrs supermarket of which you can find almost everything you need. There are also a few small cafes & restaurant around the hotel. Two taxi drivers stationed outside were very genuinely friendly especially the one name Supachai. You should try his service, very resonable guy.

Location, location, location! Clean, comfortable, convenience, well-equipped, security, COMPLIMENTARY INTERNET!!! Gym. Tiny pool with only 2 deck chairs and hardly any space to put a towel to lay on if chairs already taken. Limited cafe & room service menu. I stayed 2 nights at Citadines early Nov 09. Loved this place for it's location, short walk to Asok BTS station. 3 minutes walk to the acclaimed Long Table Bar & Restaurant. 24hr Foodland that stocks everything a Deli, upmarket grocery store should, is very very close by. There's also a 24hr cafe called Took Lae Dee, 24hr Drugstore, ATM all at Foodland. Staying at Citadines means one need not venture far for anything at all. Being a solo female traveler, safety is important, so I liked that Citadines uses a key card system that only allows u access to the floor that you're staying at, also the gym & pool floor. The studio room was spacious enough for 1 or 2 pax and was well equipped with all the amenities one needs. It was clean & most comfortable. Loved the sliding TV panel and most definitely LOVED the FREE in room high speed internet. I later moved to Somerset down the road & was disappointed with the slower speed & unpredictable internet services there. Will definitely return to stay at Citadines Soi 16!
Travel tip : 24 hour Foodland, The Long Table, short walk to Asok BTS and plenty of nice cafes which serve delicious local & international cuisine at reasonable prices. Explore Soi 16!!!

location, nice smelling hand sanitizer the cleaning service wasn't perfect... but it was very small, forgivable details such as they forgot to replace shampoos So this has been my 5th stay at bangkok citadines 16, so you could probably imagine why this is... the hotel is excellent for my short business stay with its prime location near to bts, mrt, exchange tower (banks), 24 hours supermarket + pharmacy called foodland... the size of the room is reasonable, free wifi at the lobby. however, during my stay, something happened to the tv cable and wifi so i couldn't watch tv or use the internet for a whole morning. but overall it was a very good hotel/apartment.
