5 min. walk to the BTS Asok station. self-catering facilities.
A bed is queen size and it is a little bit small for 2 persons. Not a roomy nor gorgeous hotel but a sufficient and clean one with a reasonable room charge. Internet is free in a room. 24 hour-opened supermarket is just 20 m distance. Access to Asok station, BTS & MRT, is about 5 min. on foot. I can reccomend this hotel for a person who travel alone to Bangkok. Not suitable for a family.

nice room, quiet and walking distance to BTS ASOK can't get taxi easily, need to walk out of street Nice breakfast and room is very confortable. i think room is clean and big, very suiteable for business traveler and couple. It's value of money and hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. good location that easy to travel around. I will consider this hotel again for my next trip.

Best located in Sukhumvit. Foodland is just around the corner and is open 24/7. Rooms are okay from size. To describe staff as wonderfull would definitely not be enough. They are real angels and help you wherever they can. Asoke BTS Station is just a few minutes walk away, as same as a big Shopping Center. Restaurant is open until 10:30 pm and they also deliver your orders directly to the room. If you plan to stay in Sukhumvit - you should definitely stay in Citadines, as it definitely is a good place - quiet place, even if it is near to one of the main roads. Staff is on track 24/7 and they make you feel home while your stay in Citadines. Ideal also for family with children.
Shopping Tip : Asoke BTS is a few minutes away, as same as Robinson Shopping Center (oposite site of Sheraton Hotel)

I like most is your suites as the one i stayed was compact, neat and tidy. Easy access to many tourist places and shopping centres. There are no room services during the night, if the guest is hungry, he or she will die of hunger. The price that i paying to stay at your hotel is very reasonable, i will definitely bring my friends to Citadines again in the next two months as i like the location. Moreover, i love the security at the hotel, i feel safe as the security guard will escort the visitor to the guest room. What i dislike is your buffet breakfast, its not presentable and spoilts theimage of the hotel, i hope that the food service will improve on my next visit within two months from now.
Shopping Tip : Drop by Central World and you shop until you re exhausted.

Quiet neighbourhood with a 2 food land down the street. More of an apartment type setting than a hotel. Excellent rooms with in room ADSL internet, small pool and fitness center Little far from skytrain but no problem for me. However, many taxi's outside the hotel waiting to take you on your journey Citadines on soi 16 is a hidden gem in Bangkok. I like the fact that the area is quiet and sort of away from the nightlife. Hotel locks the doors at night so you need you key card to open the doors. They have 24 hour security, although these guys have been seen napping. The Hotel feels like an apartment with a friendly family type setting. In room Kitchen with utensil was excellent, did some cooking and enjoyed it. Can't recommend this hotel enough, its a real deal.

good location, friendly staffs,food & restaurant nearby.. Problem getting the right water temperature for shower, there is something with the hot water piping...air cond position is too close the bed. Overall, i think this is a good value for money service apartment/hotel. I think the location is good with the train station nearby and there is a lot of food courts and restaurant within walking distance. Free internet in the hotel, spacious room and clean bed. Hotel staffs are quite friendly and helpful. I was very late for my late check out once and they help me to carry my bags to the front desk just and save me from paying for the late check out fees..this is my 2nd visit and I am sure I am going back there again for the next visit.
Restaurant Tip : There is very nice restaurant call long table just 1 block away from the hotel..nice view and vy gd modern thai cuisine.

- certain reception staff can be very rude
- thin walls-a lot of disturbance of people coming in and out As per my previous review, my second stay with Citadines had not been any better than the first. I am lukewarm towards this aparthotel mainly due to the rudeness of some of the reception staff.

Spacious, very clean and comfortable, safe, has all modern amenities (gym + swimming pool), close to public transport and train station, very courteous and helpful front desk staff, reasonable and ample breakfast no food and eateries or shops nearby, should cater for muslim food requirement Given a 40% discount on daily rate for online booking, the Citadines is value for money. The room is of high standard in terms of security, cleanliness, comfort and there is a gym and a swimming pool. Breakfast is simple and adequate. Public train transport is close by. However, restaurants, shopping and nightlife is quite some distance. Overall - a recommended choice.
Restaurant Tip : For muslim food,take one train stop to Nana station where u will find many muslim restaurant serving excellent food, but watch effect on waistline!

Location - quiet street, but 3 minute walk to Sky Train (Asok); 15 minute walk to Emporium shopping mall and theaters. Clean and comfortable - hotel is simple, but nice design; bed comfortable; enough room to spread out a bit with sofa, desk, and kitchenette. None really. A great value for the deal you get through Agoda. Simple breakfast, but if you want something more there are many places within walking distance, and Starbucks is right around the corner for your morning cup of coffee. This was our second time to stay here. My wife and I live and work in Cambodia and come to Bangkok every few months for a getaway. We enjoyed this experience as much as we did the first time, and the hotel staff remembered us from February. All of the staff are courteous and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
Restaurant Tip : If you like cajun food, there is a restaurant on Soi 22 called Bourbon Street. It's in a seedy location, but once inside the restaurant the atmosphere is nice and the food quite good for the price.

Location, quiet street, 3 minute walk to Sky Train, 15 minute walk to Emporium shopping and movie theaters. Clean and comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff. My wife and I flew to Bangkok to meet a friend and for a bit of shopping and relaxing. This was our second time at Citadines Soi 16. We stayed here in February 09. We usually like to try different hotels, but we liked this one enough to stay again, and we were glad we did.

-some of the reception staff can be very rude Fairly decent aparthotel. The service at the reception can vary greatly depending on who's at the desk at the point in time.
The rooms are fairly clean but the walls are fairly thin and you can hear your neighbours coming in late at night.
Breakfast is pretty much similar everyday day but the quality of the food is decent.

Size of the room is okay, location is excellent - near BTS/MRT. Breakfast, Lighting and Decoration in the lobby, hallway and elevator, TV is too small. I stayed at Citadines 11 before and after my stay at Citadines 16, I would advise you to stay at Citadines 11 - a rather new and nicer decorated place. I disliked the road that leads to the hotel, it was kind of scary to walk alone to the hotel at night. However, there is a very big FOODLAND supermarket which opens 24/7 with very fresh foods. Oh, and the breakfast has given me stomachache twice!!!

Clean, modern rooms. Helpful staff. Pretty good room service food. Washer and dryer on the 8th floor if you want to do your own laundry. Very nice 24hr food store about 2 minutes walk. Small pool. Tiny Gym/ workout area. Room service stops about 10:30 I had an enjoyable stay at Citadines 16. Good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't try the free breakfast, but room service food was pretty good and reasonably priced.
Hotel Feature Tip : Be sure to grab one of the hotel's business cards at the front desk. It has the address and a location map written in Thai. This comes in very handy as many Taxi drivers aren't familar with this hotel and may not speak English.

This hotel has the appartment utilities.Kitchen,fridge,sit and bedroom.Al drinks can be put in the fridge yourself.The hotel is close to shopping area and just 300 mt from MRT and skytrain.From here all intersting points are close to visit.Hotel has free wifi The hotel is situated to the entertainment area and close to restaurants and shoppingmalls.The room are clean and the service is at an high level. Staff are very friendly and helpfull.
