Very helpful staff, the suite I had was excellent and cleaned every day Can’t find much fault with the hotel, the only point being is there are towels available to use for the pool but they are hidden away and the location is not very well marked or explained. Overall I found the hotel excellent value for money and is situated in a good location. The hotel is situated a little way down Soy 8 but with the golf cart on hand to take you to and from the sky train station at Nana this causes no problem, plus the golf cart is in constant use so you can flag it down if you do decide to walk. The Suite I had was excellent everything was available if you decided to cook in the room. swimming pool was small but was nice and refreshing after walking around Bangkok, there is also a laundry room so you can do your own laundry which was useful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Don't get a taxi from outside the hotel, take the golf cart to Nana Sky train and flag one down, usually cheaper to go for the meter rather than a fixed price

Clean, good facilities, new building, accomodating staff, nice restaurant, good gym Pool small (but nice), I guess the same could be said of the rooms The staff were very helpful. The building was modern but as with all modern hotels the size of the hotel room is compromised. They do however make good use of the space they gice you. The highlight for us was the location. A lot was happening on Soi 8. Good restaurants and bars. The entrance to Nana Station is at the end of the road which quickly and easily transported us to siam shopping plazas, MBK etc

The rooms are comfortable, clean and modern. The free broadband Internet in the rooms is a huge plus. The bathroom is spacious with a powerful shower. It's easy to sleep well at night without disturbances as the neighbourhood is very quiet with no heavy traffic nearby. The free tuk-tuk service from the hotel to Sukhumvit Road/Nana Skytrain Station is very handy. If breakfast is not included in your room rate, it's rather on the expensive side for what you get: about 160 baht per person. We also found the bed's mattress to be a bit too hard, but some people might prefer this. Overall we had a great stay at the hotel. The room lived up to our expectations. Although we were on holiday, we still had a laptop with us, thus the free in-room broadband was great to allow us to look up sights, destinations, etc., before heading out for the day. It was also nice to have a small kitchen in the room, as we made use of the fridge, dishes, cutlery, etc., to eat groceries/food that we bought while out sightseeing. We also found the hotel's location to be a big plus. It is centrally located to allow easy access by Skytrain or taxi to some of the surrounding attractions. However, being near the end of Soi 8 in a quieter residential neighbourhood meant that we could still enjoy a bit of peace and quiet despite the central location.

easy access to all what bkk has to other!! no place to relax by the pool! we really liked this stylish hotel, very close to nana sky train with a free tuk tuk ride for all the guests and you can call ahead and they will come and pick you up!
will be staying there again for sure!!

I can say there is not much you can say onlyi did not enjoy my time there. When you come out of the lift i can smell the stale smell of sick the food for the breakfast was so bad i could not eat there food only the cerial I can only say i would not stay there again as it was not a good place to stay food bad the smell of sick when you get out of the lift the only thing is the rooms are not bad and not fare to walk but i do not think i be back thanks
Travel tip : I think you can get a better deal from other places so just look untill they have better food and see about the problem with bad smell when you get out of the lift do not go there

Well designed space, free tuk tuk to BTS All TV channels weren't always available. I had a very nice stay at the Citadines Suk 8. While the room isn't huge it feels larger than it's 25sqm There is a separate sleeping area and living area, lcd+dvd, a small but clean bathroom, a kitchen area with pans and utensils. Basically you have all the comforts of home in a small space. I will stay at a Citadines again without a doubt.

Well designed space, free tuk-tuk to BTS, reasonable price. Small but functional gym. Didn't give me new soap during my three day stay. This was my first stay at the Citadines and I was pleasantly surprised. While the room isn't huge the layout makes great use of the space. There is a sleeping area which can be closed off by sliding door, a small couch a little dining table and a desk as well as a small kitchenette with pans, utensils and silverware. The 32in lcd is on a slide so you can watch from either your bed or the couch. A little gym and a dip pool are located on the seventh floor. Friendly professional staff.

The cleanliness is impressive.
The structure of the building seems small and solid with modern furnitures equipped. Location. It's located at the back alley. Staff service is excellent. They tried their best to serve you and listened to your voices. They have tuk tuk service for 24 hours. Meanwhile, the room faclities is good with the good value for money.However, breakfast served is slightly below average in terms of freshness and variety. What surprising is the size of the swimming pool where the location is on the roof top.

Clean and efficient rooms.
Location. Rooms may be small for families. Just had another great stay at the Citadines on Soi 8. Rooms clean and well maintained and the location is great. Short hop to the Nana Skytrain station escalator. Many restaurants and bars close by as well as massage. Rooms may be a little small but the space is well designed and the hotel is exceptionally clean. Highly recommend
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Baan Dalah massage and spa just before Sukhumvit on Soi 8 is very good.

New and clean facilities, apartment well furnished, friendly and helpful staff, based in quiet area. Location is a bit far from Nana station, not much of a view. A highly recommended place to stay, Citadine Suk 8 is like a home away from home. For what i paid i got a 25sq metre apartment, complete with kitchen, en suite bathroom, lcd tv with dvd player, use of swimming pool and gym. Staff was helpful and attentitive.
Great value for money and will stay here again.
Hotel Feature Tip : If your at Nana station and want to get back to the hotel, call the front desk and they'll pick you up in their tuk tuk... Also Bed Supperclub which is not to far from the hotel is worth a visit.

Very good location. Free shuttle service to Nana BTS station. Free internet access in the room. Washing machines so you can do your own laundry for 90 baht. The staff seems very uninterested in the guests and it looks like they are very bored at work. However they do their job so it's ok. The swimming pool is very small. Citadines is a very nice place to stay in Bangkok. The hotels seems to be new and the rooms are very nice including a fully equipped kitchen so you can make your own food if you want. The location couldn't be any better and the staff is always ready to drive you to or pick you up at the BTS station. I would stay here again.

best value for the money and clean The hotel had the best bang for your buck I have ever seen in asai. It is very modern and new and clean and quite and they have a great tuk tuk service to the main road 24/7 so you dont have to walk. Even if the pool is small it is big enough to cool of after working out in the small gym they have. It is big enough to get a work out in for the basic needs. This hotel is the best value ofor the moeny with the small kitchen and the small front room it is ideal for short or long stays in my opinion. I have stayed here 3 times and will again.
