Great location, close to everything yet quiet, friendly and helpful staff, well equipped bathroom, swimming pool

In general the hotel was of pretty good standard and the staff made you feel very welcome, on arriving the check in took only a few minutes and we were in our room within five minutes of arriving, the rooms were nicely decorated and the bathroom was convinient and had everything you needed, there was a full mini bar if you wanted anything and also 24 hour room service and internet service. In summerising i enjoyed my stay there and would not hesitate to book there again. Regards Gerry

This is the second time i have stayed at this lovely hotel, the location is great just 10 mins walk from the famous Nana plaza, lots of fun and action to be had... BTS station is also 5-8 mins walk. Staff where very friendly allowed me to check in 3 hours earlier without no extra charge! Hotel is very clean and modern, sliding door on the bathroom is quite a nice idea too, great selection of tv channels on the Samsung Flat screen plasma...And there is a controller next to the bed for adjusting the lighting etc, i found this quite useful when wanting to make the room cosy and dim the lighting etc. If i ever need to stay in Bangkok this is my first choice. Excellent hotel and good value for money. Enjoy your stay. Hope this helped.

It is a very nice modern hotel, with about everything you need. Good service, allways nice and polite. The only negative part is the distance to the skytrain station.

The Citichic is a small, smart boutique hotel located down the bottom end of Soi 13. Location-wise, it is quite a walk to Sukhumvit. The hotel offers a tuk-tuk to ferry you up there but of course, when you come back to the hotel, you'll need to do it on your own. Note that it's actually easier and more interesting to walk across to Soi 11 and then up that road as Soi 13 is not an easy road to walk down (i.e. no pavement most of the way). This is also the case when coming to the hotel by taxi. The staff at reception are very friendly and check-in is a breeze. You are given a chilled fruit drink while they sort out the paperwork. The tuk-tuk driver is also very obliging - on one dire occasion, I managed to leave my passport at another hotel several streets away and he happily took me back there to retrieve it. The rooms are modern, comfortable, good size and very clean. Both the room and the bathroom are very stylish. Beds are large and comfortable. The room also comes with a single-seater lounge and a writing desk and chair, which I found very useful. The flat screen TV looks great although sometimes the reception is a little flaky. Another nice touch is the robe and slippers for each guest. Showers are good with great water pressure although the water temperature can be variable - once it hits hot, you'll be turning it down some way! Complimentary wi-fi in the room is a real bonus. They also give you a cable to hook your laptop up directly. For those without laptops, the hotel has 2 computers near the lobby for free internet use. Given the exorbitant rates many hotels charge for internet access (if they even have it), this is definitely something to give the hotel credit for. Breakfast, it has to be said, is only average with basically a choice between a limited American breakfast, some cereal and an Asian dish or 2. It's usually ordered off the menu rather than buffet although one day, they did set it up as a buffet. Coffee was good and some fruit

Overall, we really liked the hotel and we probably will stay there again when travelling to Bangkok. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. The decoration of the hotel is quite modern , functional and with taste and guided towards the comfort of the customer. Breakfast is not extraordinary but good. Maybe to add a bit more of continental breakfast food for those who not eat eggs and bacon in the morning. Room are small but are designed for comfort and all is very functional, which make them look bigger. Despite of being located in a restaurants and bars area, one of the 3 nights we spent there, we ended up having dinner in the room as the ambience is very relaxing and comfortable with a large LCD screen facing the bed (after a long day of shopping comfort and relaxing room is must). The room service is opened until 11 pm. At the lobby there are two computers placed where costumers have access to internet for free. The hotel is not located in a shopping area but instead in a business and restaurants /bars area. However, it is very easy to take a taxi to SIAM or SIAM Discovery or MBK and is not more 60/80 Bath

On the down side, there was a mix-up over my second stay, with my room not being ready despite a check in time of 5 pm or so. This caused me a little inconvenience as I had an appointment scheduled for soon after. The staff were smiley and apologetic but not exactly helpful.

This hotel is on soi13, at the quiet end, free tuk tuk to sukhumvit takes around 2 minutes. A nice individual hotel with modern rooms and good service. It's quiet at night but close enough to soi11, lots of restaurants, clubs, and spas / massages.

We loved the Citi Chic. Everything about this botique hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly, the rooms were modern and clean, and the location was excellent. We would recommend the Citi Chic to anyone traveling to Bangkok for business or leisure. The breakfast is really good to and included in the price.

We love the Citi Chic. It is a small boutique hotel perfectly located in Bangkok. The rooms are wonderful the staff is helpful and the breakfast is superb. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in Bangkok. We will be going back next time for sure. Definitely stay here

As a relatively new hotel everything is still fresh and clean. The location is good with Suk 1 to 21 within walking distance otherwise the skytrain and underground is in easy reach. Although only a few minutes walk from Suk the hotel is extremely quiet. The pool and gym are small but adequate for short stays.
