Overall quality is OK. Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff, food isn't that great but there are good options nearby. We were traveling for medical reasons so wanted to be close to the hospital. Note that this part of town sees a lot of illegal sex tourism.

No toothbrush available. Bed is not tightly fixed so have noise when you move your body on bed. The shower tab is sometimes too hot or too cold.

Fantastic. The hotel room was modern and spacious, and bathroom very generous in size equipped with most mod-cons. This is a value-for-money boutique hotel which is on the upper end of the market. Hotel is a short 10-15 min walk to Nana skytrain station, with tuk-tuk shuttles leaving regularly if you prefer not to walk. The surrounding Sukhumvit area is great for shopping (Siam Paragon 3 stops away, Chatuchak weekend market 10 stops away), and has numerous restaurants and cafes.
