Hard to find the hotel if you are first time there. Must tell the driver it near the Baiyoke sky
This is my second time staying at Citin Pratunam. I feel like my second home... very cozy. Their spa massage salon is nice.... on 8th floor. Walking distance to Pratunam wholesale market & Platinum mall

because hotel is in the little street, map or big sign to point where the hotel is needed
Room Service and staff at the front desk are good, helpful and quick; also location which is very close to the shopping centre area is easy to walk around for shopping.
By the way because hotel is staying in such a little street, it is very hard to find for the first time. I suggest hotel should put the big sign at the main street or get a direction sign to point how far or what way that customer can walk to the hotel from the closest area or draw in the hotel map in the website clearer.

Room is modern and clean. Rain shower is nice and water power is strong. Internet usuage is free of charge. Service is good and bell boy runs out to the main road to get taxi for airport. Location is good and many shops (mainly textiles)including Platinum shopping center is within walking and you need to bargain to get a good price. Overall stay is enjoyable.
Some taxi drivers find it difficult to find the hotel location (they seems to mix up with Eastin Hotel, also nearby). LCD TV in hotel room but reception not so clear.
I like the hotel because it is modern, clean, secure, location is convinient for shopping and the rate is reasonable. Service is also good, The bell boy will take the trouble to walk out to the main road to get a taxi for you to go to the airport. The owner of the hotel is also friendly. The hotel is very close to the future train station that goes to the airport direct. It is call makasan only 3 mins walk from Citin hotel. The train service to the airport starts from 5/12/09 and takes about 15 mins as i understand. It will be more convenient, faster and cheaper to or from the airport. Citin is a great hotel to stay cosy and nice and have recommended friends to stay there.
Shopping Tip : Best to shop is Platinum shopping center 6 floors of shops selling mainly fashionable clothes and has nice food court on the 6th floor. Prices very affordable.
