I would definitely recommend this place for budget travelers. Since this is a new hotel and not a lot of cab drivers know the place, just go to Baiyoke suite or Baiyoke sky and it's about 5 minutes walk from there. I got lost when the cab driver thought I was going to City Inn instead of Citin but after when I said Baiyoke sky and asked the guard from there, we found the place right away.

Best location (Pratunam). New, clearn, polite staff and always greeting with a smile. Good price for 4 nights stay.

Shower water is not strong enough. Can't call room to room (though we never reported this). Room is quite small.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Dinner Cruise - very good experience. Elephant farm - my second time but I still enjoy it very much.
