The freindly Staff , The location , The clean rooms
This is the real Bangkok experance as this new hotel is right in the middle of a busy street market. Dont be dismayed by that , its just like your in a bond movie , with all sorts of funny activity going on . The manager Prawit is such a lovely friendly man , he realy wants to please you. i offered tips to the staff and they refused as they said its there duty to please. What a fantastic experience staying here.
Hotel Feature Tip : The front corner rooms are the best.

A new & clean hotel right in the busy Pratunam centre/area
access road to the hotel is unnoticeable & only noticed 1 hotel signboard on its main road
Most taxi drivers doesn't know this new hotel. If u need a transport to drop u right in-front of the hotel, suggest u take d "tuk-tuk". However, hotel provide their own "tuk-tuk" service within the Pratunam area. Hotel condition & all their staff are excellent & very alert. Enjoyed staying at the Citin Pratunam and will stay again in future.
Hotel Feature Tip : The hotel room is modern, comfortable and clean. Slept soundly on their bed. Initially booked for 2 nights, however extended another 2 nights at the same hotel.

Citin is an affordable hotel to stay.
Weakness of hotel is the access road leading in and out of hotel is very narrow.
Citin Pratunam - Service is good with tutut access to central of city. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is value for money with good location and conditions of hotel is clean. Rooms are comfort with facilities of air-cond, wall TV, clean bathroom with shower room. Mineral water, coffee, tea were complimentary.
Citin Pratunam Hotel has a cafe down the road knows as Citin Cafe, serves daily buffet breakfast with affordable prize.
Thumbs up for the service!
Shopping Tip : Shopping access very convenient with day and night market. Eating at Side-Walk was very convenient too.
