Great location but small room
Convenient location, food stallls enroute to hotel,
8.3
though the hotel was a little difficult to be located by the taxt driver. but i quite like the location. it's very convenient to walk to and fro to Platinum mall. the walking distance is a form of food digestion if you eat along the way.
the staff though is not as friendly as the other hotel i've stayed in Bangkok. but generally, they always look nice.

I have been traveling so many times to Bangkok and this is my first time choose to stay near pratunam due to few comment from travelers review. Unfortunately, it's is worst to stay this hotel , i booked for king size bed and confirmed but change to twin bed for me and the worst part is whole night being suffer bite by small little wood insect from the bed frame. Change the hotel after incident and never comeback again!!

It was an awesome stay and their hotel service was very good. I enjoyed my trip thoroughly and the hotel even had an information counter which i could double check my itinerary with.

pretty dodgy location, acceptable rooms
proximity to the airport btr line
4.7
i had read earlier reviews warning of the dodgy location, shoved in-between stacks of shops but it's grittier than i expected. loads of street food on the street. but navigating through the street markets with luggage is a pain.
easiest landmark to tell taxi drivers/tuk tuks (once you found it) is to tell them baiyoke sky hotel and walk the rest.
the rooms weren't too tiny but the bathroom was rather grimy. grouting was all mouldy and black. the shower pressure and hot water supply was ok.
the lobby (which is a separate building completely, across the street from the reception) always had an awful stale musky/food smell to it.
very functional hotel but i'd rather stay either a bit further (1-3 stops away) and get a nicer hotel the next time. not my best experience.

Staying here is good. Walk out straight can get the hawker food to eat. Walk further down is the wholesales market of the clothes. You can buy with cheap and reasonable price on this wholesales market. I like to stay in this hotel.
Shopping Tip:
For those who like shopping here is the heaven for them. Easily can get what you want and need

Great Location but small rooms
7.7
Location is slightly hard to find initially. Once you get familiar, then you have no problem with getting around the road.Street market is just located beside with many foods. Hotel is cheap, clean and the service is good. Wi-Fi is hard to connect. Overall, it is a pleasant stay.

Clean hotel with free Tuk Tuk service
Free Tuk Tuk service, very near to Pratunam market, complimentary 30mins foot massage
7
The hotel can be quite difficult to find as its in one of the many lanes in that area so I would recommend taking a taxi there if its your first time. Ask for baiyoke sky hotel if you get lost. Citin pratunam is just behind baiyoke. What i like most is that the staffs can actually fulfil all of my requests eg. cutlery & a weighing machine. They even offer free tuk tuk service. However, they will let you off at a T-junction and you'll have to walk about 5-7 mins to the Ratchathewi BTS. For platinum mall, they will let you off opposite the mall & you'll have to cross the overhead bridge. If you just mention BTS, they will take it that you want to go to Ratchathewi BTS. Rooms are quite clean. They also offered us a complimentary 30mins foot massage for 1 person (even though we booked a twin room). The staffs at the spa were quite friendly. You can ask for a 30mins session at 1/2 the price even though their posters indicated the prices for 1 hour sessions. Do make reservations early as they can be fully booked during holiday seasons.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Upon coming out of the hotel building with the main desk (not the one with the restaurant), turn left and you'll be at pratunam market within 3mins. Do not turn right, if not you'll have to walk a super long way to Ratchathewi BTS. Walk down the long street from Baiyoke sky hotel & you'll get to platinum mall within 10mins.

Good location with small room.
6.7
Rates is cheap and room is clean and design was also quite new. Plus point is the free wifi however,as we were staying in the next blk, the wifi signal was quite weak. Breakfast choice was very limited, and I think is vegetarian as I do not see any meat at all.Taxi driver took sometime to find the hotel as it's located inside one of the small streets.Overall hotel is considered worth staying for the rate that we are paying (ard per night.)
Shopping Tip:
The Pratunam market open as early as 4am according to the seller and most of them close around 12am..Many shopping around the hotel as well.

The hotel was fine and in a great location for bargain hunting. It was hard for the taxi to get to as we Arrived late an it was very busy in the area. Room was more than adequate with plenty of space . We enjoyed the breakfast and staff very pleasant
