It's one of the best hotel i've stayed in Bangkok. It's so convenient from the airport to the hotel. Just 40batt and the sky train will take you from airport to Ratchaprarop station, which is just walking distance from the hotel. Once you step out of the hotel, the streets are full of stalls selling location delights. You don't have to worry about getting hungry. Best of all, it's just about 10mins walk to Platinum Fashion Mall or you can use the free tuktuk complimentary from the hotel that stop across the street of the mall (after that use the bridge that directly connected to the platinum fashion mall).over all i Have a great stay and definitely will come back for the next trip.

We stayed 4 nights there with 2 rooms, with my whole family. Basically, no big room , but with the strategic location, we enjoyed the local food and night market that very close to the hotel. The hotel provides very good services such as free short distance transportation and this is very convenience to get to the BTS terminal. Staff are helpful and friendly all the while.

Its my 2nd time there and I've pleasantly satisfied with citin pratunam! It never fails to help me with my stay at bangkok and that had made my trip an enjoyable one. The staff there are always very helpful and friendly.
The only thing I find it a hassle was the slight inconvenience of location. After the whole day of shopping, I've to walk in all the way to hotel with lots of things which is a little troublesome. plus cab drivers normally drop you outside the area, so you cant avoid the walking. But it's still acceptable because the hotel and people there make it up!
The hotel area is so awesome because there are many stalls along the streets. The bbq chicken and pad thai stalls are so yummy and 7-11 is just outside. Pratunam market may seem a little messy but you get good buys there!
Good recommendation for those who are a little tight in budget!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Airport railway line is just behind the hotel area, the station is called ratchapraprop (i forgot the exact spelling). It is just a 20min train ride to the airport at 35baht!

We had a pleasant stay at Citin Pratunam. This is the second time i have stayed in this hotel. There was also a free 30 minutes foot massage voucher for one pax. Service was excellent.
Shopping Tip:
Shop at pratunam market first before heading to platinum mall as the clothes in pratunam is cheaper.

Good location for the shopper whom really wants to buy cheap wholesale cloths. you can find some nice food along the hotel road to fill up you stomach. It only takes 5 minute walking time to platinum mall if you want to buy cheap fashionable women’s clothing. You might find good quality shoes, bags and cloths with reasonable price.

we have a good time stay in this hotel. all staffs are very friendly and would try to help you in every way they can. Room is comfortable and clean. Walking distance to Platinum Mall. There are a lot of hawker foods just outside the hotel from morning until night.
Definitely will recommend to friend and come back to this hotel next time
