Our hotel is very clean and new. It is also very convenient in terms of transportation since they offer free tuktuk service every 30mins. There are nearby money changers and food stalls so you will never run out of food to eat. The hotel is near pratunam area so there's a lot of malls to shop and restaurants to eat.

From most of the reviews, many said that the staff working there are really friendly but they didn't really provide a 'wow' service during my stay. Many times, my friend and I stayed in late before going out in the day and that's maybe around 12noon-1pm, the housekeeping staff came knocking at our door, asking us multiple times when are we ready for house keeping, and once, they even opened the door when we were still in bed. I think that that's very rude of them. I understand that they're doing their job, but shouldn't they only provide housekeeping service when it's requested? Else what is the housekeeping button for?
Location wise, it can be quite complicating if it's your first time there, since it's located in one of the alleys, and there are quite a few alleys there that look the same. But when you get used to it, it's actually really convenient. There are short cuts towards Pratunam Market which cuts through to Platinum mall.
Rooms is a little small compared to the photos. I guess with the price I paid after taxes, there are actually a lot other better hotels in other areas with the same price if you're not a shopaholic.
I don't think I'd ever come back for a second stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Always ask the reception what is the quote price from the hotel to a certain location and it's wiser to take a meter taxi.

Great Location with cosy rooms
Cosy Room (value for $ too), offers free tuktuk service to platinum mall, short walk beside the railway tracks to nearest BTS station, Awesome streetfood just along the same street as the hotel
7.7
arrived on 8/9/2012, took us about 1 hour plus taking the airport link train to the nearest station (ratchaprarog) to citin pratunam. upon arrival, it was raining, hence it made finding the hotel uncomfortable. the hotel is actually in the middle of some streets. however, once you find it the first time, you'll realise it's actually not that difficult after all. it's just a matter of getting used to it.
the room in case you were wondering is actually rather value for money.it provides the basic necessities such as soap, shampoo, hairdryer, tv, safe and such. only bad thing is that the tv keeps replaying the same shows over and over again. but if you're gonna be out the whole day, it doesn't really matter.
i would recommend not going for the hotel's breakfast as the street food outside opens as early as 7am and it's wayyy better.
the staff of the hotel are friendly and helpful. you can feel free to approach them if you need any help. also they have their own taxi's tagged to the hotel. hence if you really need to cab, suggest you take the taxi from the hotel.
the location of the hotel is not very far off from the nearest train station which is phaya thai. only thing is you must walk along some alley that is next to the railway tracks (maximum 10-15mins walk).
hotel also offers free tuktuk service every half an hour, starting from 8.30am. it will take you to (in my opinion) the biggest and most confusing mall, platinum fashion mall. i always get lost in there. there are tons and tons of shops selling clothes. getting back from platinum is also a straight road back (just remember how you get there and take the same route back).
near citin pratunam is also the baiyoke sky tower with a magnificent view i must say. for per pax, you get entrance to the sky bar with two free drinks.
overall, a pretty awesome trip, i must say. will definitely go back again
Shopping Tip:
The street shops around Citin Pratunam hotel are cheaper than those you find in chatuchak. Esp Soccer Jerseys.

Took sometime to locate the hotel as it is hidden in a small alley. Room was a bit small but clean. The hotel is near the platiumn market, there are many clothes shops , which most are for wholesales, but can sale one piece with a higher price. but still cheap.

Helpful and friendly staffs but small rooms
Lots of street stalls beneath the hotel, free tuk-tuk, near Platinum Mall
5.7
The staffs are very helpful and will try their best to address your questions. It was raining when I needed a cab and the staffs walked out to the main road to get us a cab. He was drenched as a results. Indeed, very good service from the hotel.
However, the water heater is the room is not working properly. The water temperature is not consistent and will suddenly turn hot/cold while showering.
The mattress should be quite old as I can feel the spring while sleeping.
The room is extremely small with minimal walking space..
