great location and reasonably price
very accessible hotel to major shopping locations such as pratunam market and platinum mall (free tuk-tuk service)

i've enjoyed my stay at citin pratunam hotel. the rooms were comfortable and the price was very reasonable. Only slight inconvenience was that the traffic to this location is quite bad, and hence, limited taxis will travel all the way in to the hotel.

A lot of taxis can't find the hotel because of the lack of signboards and the fact that it's located deep inside the street. However, you can get a card from the hotel which shows the map. It will be a lot easier . The tuktuks that we took know the hotels though. They provide free tuktuks to platinum mall and some other places (good for shopaholic girls) Staffs are very helpful . They have a citin spa service which is located at the top floor of second building hotel. 300 baht for an hour of thai massage. very reasonable and affordable. quality of massage is good as well. they are at the end stage of the building of the gymnasium. i'm sure in time to come it would be as good as the higher end hotel.

good service and great location

it's one of the best hotel i've stayed in bangkok. it's so convenient from the airport to the hotel. just batt and the sky train will take you from airport to ratchaprarop station, which is just walking distance from the hotel. once you step out of the hotel, the streets are full of stalls selling location delights. you don't have to worry about getting hungry. best of all, it's just about 10mins walk to platinum fashion mall or you can use the free tuktuk complimentary from the hotel that stop across the street of the mall (after that use the bridge that directly connected to the platinum fashion mall).over all i have a great stay and definitely will come back for the next trip.

Great location, clean rooms

Hotel staff were very helpful, Rooms were clean, Very satisfied, Value for money, In fact, this is our second time staying in this hotel. However, not many taxi drivers know how to get to the hotel unless you mention that it is near Baiyoke Sky hotel.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is located strategically located near shoppin areas like Pratunam night market (opens every night) and a walking distance from Platinum Mall (must go!)

Great location but small room
location is quite good,many food stalls and shopping shops around, wholesales shopping mall just nearby,near baiyoke sky hotel

the hotel is providing the free tutu to go out to certain nearby area. the nearest bts is walking distance more than 15min and not to say very near.platinum fashion wholesales mall is near by. walking distance to the shopping area about 10-15min walking distance. there is a shopping paradise.
daytime or night time there have many food stalls and flea market stalls. baiyoke sky hotel is nearby just 5min walking distance. go further down there a bit should be pratunam wholesale market. there are a lot of people who do business there in the daytime and the clothes are much cheaper than platinum fashion mall. you can shop til you drop.
Shopping Tip:
If you want to shop so much, you could stay there because it is really near to many fashion wholesale malls. You can shop til you drop.

its a lovely hotel and great location to stay cause its just next to the pratunam market and also near to the platinum mall which u can shop alot there and its take about 10minutes to there.u also can try the food there like tomyum soup and fried rice cause the taste are really fantastic

nice hotel that come with a good price, very good deal from Agoda too, nice small room, nice staff, lil bit hidden in the alley but still walking distance from Platinum Mall, many eateries near this Hotel
