Great location for shopping and street food

We stayed for 5 nights. Bedroom is clean. Soundproofing is bad as I can even hear the vacuum machine while the hotel staff is doing room keeping. Water temperature is very unstable, either too hot or too cold. Air-cond is working well. WIFI signal is strong in the bedroom.
Great location for shopping, 5mins walking distance to pratunam market, 10mins to Platinum Fashion Mall, 15-20mins to central world, Big C, Siam Paragon, Siam Discovery and MBK (BTS station: Siam).We normally used hotel tuk tuk service to main road. Not really near to BTS, however, you can tell the hotel tuk tuk driver if you want to go BTS station, they will bring you to the nearby drop-off point. (nearest BTS station is Ratchathewi)
Skip the hotel breakfast as you can find variety of street food outside the hotel.
Print a map show to taxi driver (thai language) as the hotel is actually located in a alley. Otherwise, you can drop off in Baiyoke Sky Hotel, only 3mins working distance from Baiyoke Sky to Citin Pratunam Hotel. Taxi costs about 350THB from Don Muang Airport to hotel(use expressway).

the breakfast is not suitable to us, so in the future if we stay this hotel, we will choose without breakfast.

Good location for SHOPPING!
Near to shopping centre, easily accessible, great food nearby!

I have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Nothing much surprise me as this was the 4th time I'm staying there. As usual, the staffs were friendly, the standard on the cleanliness of the room is still remaining well. The location is superb, walkable distance to Platinum Mall within 5 - 8 mins! Value for price!

stuff is friendly, but base on they doing some renovation, we need to go opposite hotel for our breakfast. But the dishes are vegetarian. Actually we prefer meat.

Good location & clean rooms

Plus points: Reasonable size, room is brightly lighted & clean. Drawback: very busy & crowded streets down the road. Housekeeping amenities are limited - shampoo, soap, cotton bud and shower cap only. Bedroom slipper is not changed throughout the entire stay.
