found the difficulty to find this hotel
convenient for shopping as they have morning and night market near the hotel

is a good location for people who looking for shooping like pratumanm market, morning and night market, and just a 15 mins walks to platinium wholesale mall. beside that, the area around the hotel is easy find local foods. the only one comment i need to bring out is the dicrection to the hotel, it is terrible for the customer who never been there before because it needs to pass throught many tiny and alley to reach the hotel. but luckly the hotel provide shutter service, so we manage to reach the hotel finally.

the location is quite good but mostly the driver don't have the idea for it.There have many food stall along the street.

Clean rooms, nice shower, free wifi, great service- free tuktuk shuttle to Patinum.

Cons - breakfast was not refilled often.
I would like to commend the bellboy/driver of Citin. It was pouring outside but he never hesitated when we asked to drive us to Platinum Mall.

Room is clean and staff are able to speak English. Walking distance to Platinum Fashion Mall. However water pressure in toliet is a little faulty. Had a free 30 mins massage this time round, will visit again!

it was a pleasant stay. this hotel is nothing special but perfect for a night or two in the city. it is a bit far away from public transportation like the mrt and the bts so you will need to take a taxi or a tuk tuk if you want to leave the hotel area.
Nightlife Tip:
Not a lot of nightlife around the area, but there is a van bar that has a Thai duo playing guitar and singing Thai and farang classics. These two were diamonds in the rough and definitely worth seeing if you get the chance. people should know where the van bar is in the shopping area.

the hotel are just nice locations, that a very convinient place which can get shopping mall , speed market, morning and night market just near to the hotel by walking distance. the food, cloths, accessory all are selling quite cheap.. is a wholesales area. the hotel are clean & big bed.. so feel very confortable to sleep. a great hotel!
Shopping Tip:
this hotel are just near to all the wholesales shopping mall. so the tourist can buy thing at the wholesales price which is get more stuff and with the cheaper price. i feel that the shopping area are safety and convinient. it is very easy to get tok tok and taxi just infront of each shopping mall.

great hotel, great room, helpful staff

i didn't have time to use it, but was given a free 30 min foot massage voucher. i felt my things were secure in the hotel. the staff was very helpful with contacting a tour group that was late picking us up one morning. the restaurant was awesome with an all vegetarian menu

Great location, clean and tidy room.

having stayed here for 3nights. I will continue to come here regularly. The rooms are tidy and pretty clean. The staff are lovely and helpful. The location is close to central the hotel and it's perfect for me cos me and my girlfriend prefer to use BTS. Free wi-fi is an extra suprise.
