For those who want to work out while on a holiday, this hotel has a gym for its customers to use and it is free of charge. They have a vegetarian breakfast buffet and the food's pretty good. We were also impressed by the rooms that were very clean, spacious and well maintained.
We could shop with ease because it was near major shopping places like pratuman market, platinum mall and pantip plaza. The hotel is also about 7-10mins walk from the subway, therefore, this situated in an excellent location.
All in all, this place was worth every cent that we paid. We would definitely book this hotel again if we do return to Bangkok.

It's very hard to locate the hotel. luckily i printed out the map of the hotel. it helped the taxi driver to locate the hotel. the taxi driver had to drove through small and narrow alley. That's why it is difficult to locate the hotel. Upon our arrival at the hotel, the staff are helpful and polite. no complains for their services. The hotel room is clean. The complimentary massage is quite normal. not much pressure apply. the daily breakfast are same everyday.Making it worst, it's a vegetarian breakfast. My advise for all the people that are going to book this hotel, save the breakfast money and go else where and have your breakfast.
Restaurant Tip:
along the hotel, there's one small thai resturant that serves very nice food. DO not eat too much of the street food as i believe the oil are reuse. Very heaty and unhealthy.. you can eat one but not twice.

difficult to find the hotel on the busy street as it is located at a corner of the street. manage to find the hotel with the help of the local. rooms are clean and tidy. no view though. need tuk tuk service if you are travelling back to hotel as the roads are too crowded and narrow.

-friendly and helpful staff.
-available of in-room safe
-gym is open till 12midnight
Cons:
-small room
-flawed drainage system which result in the 'flooding' when one take a bath.
-cleaning staff would always lock the sink to prevent water drainage after making up the room.

there was nothing particular interesting about the hotel or the area where it was located.the in-house restaurant, sagar ratna is good for indian food. breakfast was not good a small range of choices. nice reception, friendly staff (from burma)

The famous Thai hospitality is non-existent in this hotel. The staff are not trained, unhelpful and just plain lazy! The so-called complimentary Tuk-Tuk service runs on its own schedule which seems to be never as it is perpetually parked outside the hotel like a fixture.
