I stayed on 4th flr of the hotel. internet was good and dint faced any problem. room was small but worth for money I paid. it is close to BTS so very easy for travelling the station...... next time for sure I will be staying in the same hotel.

Everything ok
We just stayed one night. The hotel is easily reached by public transport from the airport. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed wonderful. The breakfast was ok.

Close to bts but the room wasn't clean enough.... Women hair on the floor and toilet.

Good value hotel in a good location.
Room was clean. A short walk to Sukhumvit and BTS Nana. I stayed in some other places nearby but this place was cheapest and IMO, best value. Buffett breakfast was ok with fresh eggs cooked how you like. Not a huge choice, but everything you need.

Stinky room
I was assigned in a very terrible smell room. The smell was like something was death in that room. Dont know why nobody recognize this and still assign the guest to this room. I asked to change the room immediately and the staff at night shift just gave me the keycard, inform me the new roon number and gone.

Flooding.
I have stayed at Citrus Nana twice in the past 3 months. Each time the section of road in front of hotel has been flooded with a little rain. This is a problem as you wade into the hotel knee high. They really need to take care of the drainage. It happens only in front of their hotel. If this is fixed, I would return to hotel.
