Small hotel with good service and great value

This is the third time I've stayed at Citrus and enjoyed it once again. Modern rooms and decent brekfast options for the rate you pay are the main features of this hotel.The service is also very good.

Very nice hotel in great location. Sky train 3min walk away, a few stops away from many big shopping malls. Very clean rooms with big tv and many English speaking channels. Very clean bathtub and separate shower.

Hotel located in the middle of two BTS stations, the hotel staff are proactively offer help and direction

The room is clean and tidy, with nice night view. It located in the heart of the city, with shopping malls nearby (around 10 mins walking distance). Hotel staff are very helpful, whenever you leave the hotel they will ask you where you want to go and offer direction, and recommendation if you need.
Nightlife Tip:
The hotel is right on the "pub" street, you have no difficulties to get what you want at night!

This hotel is pricey if not booked via agoda. Will definitely go again and will book with agoda again. Great deal!
Shopping Tip:
Take bts near hotel to all major shopping malls in Bangkok. Cheapest mall is mbk, a few stop away or 30 min walk with other big malls on the way.

Second Time around as Good as the First

This is my second visit to Citrus and it just has a great relaxed feeling to it.It's really in a good location, although, I have read people whine because they have to walk 5 or 10 minutes to the Skytrain - really? really?? Lots of bars an restaurants in walking distance and fairly easy to get a taxi. I will be going back!
Shopping Tip:
-Use the skytrain during rush hours
-Don't pay over 80 baht for a dvd
-Stick with Thai food in the area. Haven't found a good western restaurant with good western food yet. Check with Tripadvisor

Great boutique hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit

staye hear for two nights. right in the heart of sukhumvit area. hotel was fresh and funky, awesome interior design. staff very friendly and helpful. lots of lose nightlife, restaurants and food vendors nearby. not much footpath room for walking so be carful. felt like a pretty safe area.
Nightlife Tip:
Make a visit to the supercool bed super club for an ultimate nightlife experience. Bring some decent money with you to as it isn't cheap for meal and drinks. Lots of hi-so (local high society) visit this bar so make sure you look presentable. Q-bar I also worth a look and it's us aroun the corner, heaps of areas to chill and dance. Very happening night life.

Although slightly dark and the room view was that of the neighboors wall/livingroom 1meter next door, the hotel overall was fine.
The pool is very small and overlooked by surrounding towerblocks, and slightly random in the corner of the big concrete roof terrace.
breakfast was small but very tasty, and the hotel lend us a laptop so we could plan the rest of our trip.
Previously we stayed at prince palace of which i prefered the area closer to khao san road and the river.
Sukhumvit is great with all the shopping malls (terminal 21 my favourite!)but the area in itself is pretty much a red light district in which you wouldn't particularly would like to walk alone at night.
Nightlife Tip:
definitely go to kho san road area..the street next door and next to the temple at the end of the road are my favourites. Great restaurants/bars and some nice live music. It's very touristy, but a bit of a must when you go visit bangkok!

A little bit north of the main tourist area but close to the sky train and its a pretty cheap taxi downtown.
Everything at the hotel was of high quality, nice big room, good room service and pretty decent little pool on the roof.
