Good hotel
Great location. Quiet and comfortable room

Good location with pleasant and quiet rooms. Breakfast was ok but not exciting . The bar was relatively pricy and service could be quicker.

The hotel itself, the staffs are nice and friendly. The room especially the bathroom are clean and big almost half size of the room. So if you care more about clean bathroom I would recommend you go for this hotel.

My second stay here, this time in a twin. Room was spacious and clean, again at the front of the building with good views of the street. Breakfast good, staff helpful,l would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a comfrotable hotel without the high price tag. Street a little dodgy with massage joints and bars, but not too noisy...

good service but a bit far from mrt

the hotel is new and clean. however it's not easy to find the entrance of the hotel since it is located in a small street. taxi driver even couldn't find it. service is good with friendly staff at check-in, concierge and restaurant. breakfast not too many choices but tasty. close to emporium shopping mall and a park nearby which is good for guests traveling with children.

the place in central of bangkok, whatever you want shopping or looking something, there are both great, near bts asok station, there have a big new mall just from the hotel to there only 10 min walking, the name of mall is terminal 21. just no need to choice the other in sukhumvit road.

A new hotel, staffs need discipline

this is a new hotel, room is nice and new, but when we checkin, the room was not actually finished with cleaning. the breakfast is not much. but all of these were not the worst, we will remind all the guests who are going to stay, do not take the transport recommondation from the waiter at the gate of the hotel. they recommend a driver to us, whose name is poonsak, we used him for two days tour and overcharged, on the last day he stood us up and didn't show up to drive us to the airport, as we had to catch the morning international flight, the whole family had to rush, and the taxi driver overcharged us without taking meters, it was a nightmare. the waiter of the hotel told us the driver is his brother so can rely on his recommendation, but it turned out poonsak is completely a cheater.
so be careful to the hotel waiter when he recommend, especially for the below driver,
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is close to the sky train BTS, convenient to reach, just need a little walk to Asok station, better than stay at Nana. Two nice Thai restaurants to recommend, the Honey house and the Thai room.

when a 1 week stay turns into 2 you know your on a good thing. awesome location, short walk to all nearby amenities. shopping,cimemas and bars. nice friendly street and an awesome restaurant has just opened up next door called cheers bar and grill,brilliant mix of thai and western dishes!! the best nacho`s i have ever tasted abroad and the staff are very friendly and happy!! i have stayed in the sukhumvit area a few times now and by far citrus has been the best yet! you cant go wrong with agoda`s 4 star rating and price. will return again for sure!!

Good, clean hotel, decent breakfast

we enjoyed our stay, had room on 6th floor at front of building so had view of street. location is ok, 5-10 min walk to skytrain station. soi sukhumvit 22 is a little dodgy, lots of massage places and tourist bars. the breakfast was good, but get in early because some items run out....and starts at 5.30am so could have a bite before our early flighyt.
room was clean and modern, and i would recommend this hotel if you want a clean modern place to stay without costing too much.

Great if you are on business in Bangkok city
located close to bts, has loads of massage parlours on the same street

the hotel is comfortable but i found the lighting really poor. the rooms need to be lit better. also when you get out of the elevator to access the rooftop pool, there is just darkness. it hardly looks like a hotel. otherwise the hotel is clean, comfortable and has a good choice for breakfast. it is located near phrom pong station making bts travel the most convenient.
Shopping Tip:
Shop at MBK, Platinum Mall. Avoid Indra Market - there's just too much junk to sift through!
