I love this hotel!!!
The hotel is great. We had the best room in the highest floor. Big bed, wonderful shower, big and tasty breakfast, great service, huge TV with satellite.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and we really enjoyed it.
We liked that it is next to sky train station and therefore its really easy to go to the shopping center.

Nice friendly hotel!
Very stylish and clean rooms! Friendly staff, and the rooms are maid up every day!

We were pleasantly surprised by this nice hotel! The rooms are very comfortable, and we especially like the bathroom.
Nice breakfast!
Good location, with a lot of shopping in every direction and a lot of great restaurants in the near by!
We'll definitely come back to stay here in the future!

attractive design & interiors at a convenient loca
hip & cool design , big room, new hotel

attractive , new & hip design. big rooms compared simliar price hotels in BKK. the lcoation is not far from Sky train & easy to be connected to other places. only that some traffic jam in p.m. the service is OK but somtimes careless... the swimming pool very small & facilities are so so...
the bathroom is great with shower & bathtub
the breakfast is average..
overall based on this price, i would recommend & come again in future..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
very close to emporium & sky train . the street is with many mid price restaruants & Thai massage places, 7-11 , phramacies etc

when we get ther we could hardly find the hotel, and it turnd out that the name was changed from i style trend hotel to citrus hotel which nobody have adviced us about, neither agoda. great location and nice hotel. only bad thing is first day on arrival they asked us what time we will check out the last day, we sayd as late as possible, they says 2 oclock no problem. then the last day they phoned to oir room 12 oclock and sayd we have to hurry and leave or pay for one more night. otherwise everything was ok

Good breakfast nice room free net but women stuffs are not nice to women client maybe lots of bar around and not looking to good if you on a business trip and staying by your self at this hotel speak broken english.

Staff at front desk

the attitude of staff (especially the big boss in the coat) at the front desk were cold, when asked for help. i guess big hotels are just too busy to care. they serviced my room pretty late in the afternoons which made it difficult for me to come back for a rest after a day of walking and shopping.
Travel tip:
It's on the far north end of Pattaya, be prepared to walk or spend your time on a sangthew.

Lovely hotel in a good location

good location, lots of food and pub options along the soi. bed is excellent, bathroom was amazing. walk to bts is a good 10mins, but it is always easy to catch a cab to various places like central world, mbk or thonglor. i will definitely stay here again.
Restaurant Tip:
Check out Lemongrass Thai restaurant, which is on soi 24. Take a slow 15min pre dinner walk.

Hotel with modern facilities great shower room.
Clean and modern. The Best is that it is IT friendly. Good for business and holidays.
