Excellent Hotel. The only place we stay in Bangkok

we found this fabulous hotel last year and won't stay anywhere else. the staff is helpful, the rooms are amazing, the breakfast delicious, the rooftop pool relaxing and the location is perfect with an easy walk to the bts stations.

Love this hotel. Perfect location -- soi 22 has everything you might need, laundry, bank, dentist, great music club (the Titanium), etc. And the hotel is very modern and clean, service is responsive, and the bed is very comfortable. Criticisms? Room service food could be better, and some of the rooms are a bit dark. But it is my first choice when I stay in BKK.

clean room and great value for money. it was an easy walk up to sukhumvit st. from there fast and easy to get on the sky train and get to the different markets or shopping centers. there was lots going on in soi 22, however i wasn't bothered by the noise at all whilst staying in the hotel. i will definitely stay here again.

The rooms were nice and with new fittings. The breakfast was very good and offered a good variety for vegetarians. The staff are warm and helpful.
Shopping Tip:
Pratunam Market and Platinum market is where my wife went berserk!!

this is my 2nd time staying with this hotel. i stayed here when it was istyle trend hotel. the beds are still comfy, pillows fluffy, and the rooms have still remained in good shape. i love staying here and the location has a lot to offer along the soi.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Cut through Washington Square to get to Emporium more quickly. Do this by exiting the hotel and making a left then an immediate right into that small entrance into washington square. This will save u a few minutes walking time.
There is a new shopping/eating area called K Village if you take a taxi go to Soi 26 and it's a great place to hang out.

The hotel has renew everything inside. All new all very clean. Bath and separate Shower in same floor, also Rain drop shower very relaxing. You can go without carrying many things on your bag because they provide you everything. From Toothpaste, double towels, mules, shaving things, shampoo, freezer with everything inside. Satisfactory size swimming pool on last floor. Free to share the room with someone else without any extra charge. It's on Soi22 central strategic point for shopping centers, Skytrain, Gogo Bars. Very polite and helpful service. I liked very much and enjoyed my staying there that i would surely suggest to everyone.
Nightlife Tip:
Go to Soi Cowboi its the nearest from the hotel GoGo bars on Foot.

Have stayed here when it was I style trend and now with new ownership and it is still good value for the money. Did not use the pool this time but it looks the same. Very clean and cleaning staff good. Good location near sky train and major shopping. Will stay again.
Travel tip:
for the pice this is a gem aand added to that is the location.

An W Hotel without W price

We initially booked at Windsor but on the way we met an old friend in the plane, so we invited him to joint us. We wanted to pay for 3 instead of 2 but the front desk clerk wanted an extra $43 per night for extra guest(we consider the price as an extortion besides his attitude)so we asked Agoda to cancel this reservation and book for us a new one, and we did not have a clue what Citrus Hotel was, just wanted to get a hell out of Windsor. What a pleasant surprise from the time we got off the cab to the time we got to the room. Thanks Agoda for doing a excellent job. We had a great time at Citrus and would recommend this hotel to any one, especially the ones who love to stay at W Hotels worldwide.
