An W Hotel without W price
beautiful, modern room and in room amenities

We initially booked at Windsor but on the way we met an old friend in the plane, so we invited him to joint us. We wanted to pay for 3 instead of 2 but the front desk clerk wanted an extra $43 per night for extra guest(we consider the price as an extortion besides his attitude)so we asked Agoda to cancel this reservation and book for us a new one, and we did not have a clue what Citrus Hotel was, just wanted to get a hell out of Windsor. What a pleasant surprise from the time we got off the cab to the time we got to the room. Thanks Agoda for doing a excellent job. We had a great time at Citrus and would recommend this hotel to any one, especially the ones who love to stay at W Hotels worldwide.

we arrived late in the evening from Cambodia and the room was not prepared, according to our request. We went out for dinner and at 10:30 pm the bed for our 8 years old daughter was still not prepared. I took a shower and the water was stucked on the floor. There was a construction mistake with the floor. We went to bed and it took us 30 min to find out how we can switch off the lights. Before falling asleap, the fan from the kitchen started to work and the whole room was shaking. We waited for a while hoping that it will stop but I didn't. I went to the reception in pijama at 11:30 pm and ask them to change the room. We mooved in another room and I will go to bed by 12:30. The next day the breakfast was quite nice. The next night it was again loud from the night clubs on the street. I asked the reception to give us a wake up call the next day and to book a taxi for airport. They did wake us up but they did not book a taxi and the concierge did not help us with the lagguage, eventhough I told him that we need help. The hotel is very modern and confortable but we will never stay there again.

Great location, greta hotel

This hotel has a very good location. It is near two BTS stations, close to night market and many restaurants and massage parlors.
The rooms are very good, with shower and bathtub, complimentary water, safe.
There is a nice swimming pool on the roof.

we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of service , the awesome free breakfast and the room.
i thought it was very good value and have paid much more for a lot less.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
do not ride a bike in bangkok !

Good hotel for both travelers and business staying

I stayed 3 nights in Citrus and i did enjoy my staying very much. The hotel doesn't look so shining from outside, but it's actually a new hotel with clean room, modern design and very well equipped. The service was very good as well as the breakfast. Hotel location is just perfect for my staying. Down the area, there are lots of nice bar, pubs and great restaurants. Very close to the big shopping mall and the Sky Train Station.
Restaurant Tip:
There's a great Thai restaurant just in front of the hotel entrance. You must try it if you like Thai food.

This is a decent hotel and would be a great choice if in walking distance of BTS station.
The main advantage of booking near Sukhumvit, and pay higher price for ut, is to be able to take the BTS. However this hotel is in between 2 stations and it is still quite a long walk to reach any of them.
Other than that it is a good hotel, clean, nice staff

Superb Italian restaurant "Bella Napoli" with the best pizzas just 10 minutes walk.

Modern & contemporary built medium size hotel. Clean room that covers basic needs for comfortable stay. Kind staff. Good quality breakfast for this level of hotel, with different choices.
