We came here with a two year old. Great cot, and amazing view. We were upgraded to a one bedroom. Room , corner room. Superb view. Pool is small, strange and closes at 6pm to be used as a water feature in the restaurant. Breakfast wasn't good. Walk down the street towards Kuppa. Its a Northwest (U.S.) style cafe. Great coffee, desserts and eggs benedict.

From the airport we took the rail express non stop to Makkasan Station. The one way ticket costs 90 bath and the trip takes 15 min. From Makkasan it takes 10 min and about 100 bath. The check in was quick and the staff very professional and responded promptly to our requests. The room on the 34th floor was very spacious with access to a small balcony. The TV set was equipped with DVD player and provided with VGA and RCA connector so it was easy to connect my PC. The Long Table is a must at the sunset to have dinner or just a drink. The kitchen in the room has all we needed to prepare our breakfast and few meals. Foodland is the place to buy grocery and somme good bakery products.

Was great stay.
5 mins walk to bts station and terminal 21 shopping centre. Location slightly out of busy crazy area of bangkok. Just perfect.
Staff were friendly, thanks to the cleaning lady who pour water on me at songkran day and wish me good luck in. What an experience!
Had problem with dryer and they replace it in 10 mins.
Room service menu was good and value for money. Supermarket just next door so dont worry if you need to buy some groceries.
Internet was superb.
One negative thing was swimming pool. It wasnt design for swimming or relaxing. Its bar pool. I think the hotel need to advertise it that way, so people wont get disappointed when they realise they cant use the pool for swimming or realxing.
Long table bar was one of the best rooftop bar in baangkok. It was amazing.
