Great size rooms, high quality, friendly staff and I like the location

Please wash the cover of the ironing boards. Serve breakfast till a bit later on Sundays.

Have stayed in this hotel a few times and cannot bring myself to go elsewhere. Why should I, it has all the things I need. Central but yet away from the noise. The 24hr foodland next door is a blessing. Shall continue staying there.

Nightlife Tip : Try Soi 22. Great rock club (titanum) and a few very good restaurants.

High class fixtures and fittings. Comfortable and spacious accommodation. Helpful staff. Convenient location (few minutes walk to Asoke Interchange), and with a first-class adjacent 24-hours supermarket.

Room service menu limited and predictable.

I had always favoured and recommended the properties operated by Compass Hospitality as the best combination of value and comfort in Bangkok. My recent stay at Column Residences has probably revised my opinion. You can obtain accommodation with greater luxury, you can find cheaper places. But this has to be the best value for money in the city, couples with a near perfect location in terms of convenience. No hesitation in recommending anyone to stay here, whatever the purpose of their visit to Bangkok.

Hotel Feature Tip : The hot water is powered by the aircon exhaust, so you MUST run your aircon before you can use hot water in the bathroom.

Great accomodation with very large rooms and quality fittings and bathroom. There is 24 hours superstore and restaurant next door. The staff are efficient and helpful. It is on a quet road away from the crowds and yet within walking disctance of the main facilities.

None.

This is now the only place I stay in whilst in BKK. I really like the large size of the accomodation, the balcony and the bathroom. It is a place where one feels comfortable. The superstore and the restaunt next door that both work 24 hours is very handy indeed.

Park view rooms offer nice views of the park! My room rate included free internet access in the room. There was a partial kitchettene, and a refridgerator in the room. Also, there was a washer and dryer in the bathroom, which made it extremely convenient to get my clothes cleaned.

The pool was beautiful, but not very inviting. You have to walk through the ballroom in order to access the pool. Also, you need to bring your room towel, as no pool towels were available.

The hotel is located in Sukhumvit Soi 16, and is within walking distance to Asoke Skytrain and Sukhumvit subway (less than 10 minutes). It is located next to a 24-hour supermarket which makes it easy to grab snacks and drinks even late in the night. There is also a small "diner-style" restaurant that operates 24 hours at the supermarket, that offers good food at decent prices. If you're coming down Sukhumvit Road you can see the huge red sign for the "Long Table Bar" plastered on the outside of the building.

Hotel Feature Tip : The washing machine takes about 1 hour to do a simple wash (detergent provided). And the dryer another 40 minutes to an hour to dry the clothes. So plan ahead, if you want to get some clothes washed.

Hotel is centrally located for business people but not for shopping. Hotel is only two years old and so the decor and fittings are excellent for a four star hotel but it's definitely not five star Staff are very friendly and Helpful

Mattresses are too hard!

Asian hotels are reknown for hard mattresses. Some are as hard as a plank of wood. I was promised a soft mattress at this hotel so i book their 3 night special. But everything is relative. And so what Asians describe as soft is considered rock hard by westerners. The mattress was so uncomfortable that I did not sleep well at all and ended up with a sore lower back and neck. Any money i saved on the three night special, I spend on Thai massages for my back. Suggest that you don't spend Bt250 for the weak breakfast buffet on the 25th floor but go down to the Foodland cafe next door for a Bt60 American breakfast or similar amount for Asian. Five minutes walk to Sukhimvit subway station and the Asok skytrain. Trains are faster than taxis in Bangkok (even for short distances) as Bangkok's horrific traffic jams makes road travel a nightmare.

Restaurant Tip : Very close to Soi 11 which is where all the high end western cuisine restaurants and bars are located with equally foreigner prices on the menu. Be prepared to pay Bt400 for a main course here whilst the locals eat for Bt50-100 in non tourist areas. Great area for those who come to Thailand not to experience local life but to get the same western style lifestyle they got back home.

spacious, comfortable and clean room. next door to a 24h supermarket. nice restaurant/ lounge. friendly staff.

Will stay again next time. It's too bad it is not closer to the BTS as a 10-15 min walk to the station under the hot sun is still quite uncomfortable. Adding complimentary transportation to the station would be perfect.

was given an upgrade to a superior studio. The room was really spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, plenty of wardobe space. Big bath tub. Washing machine/tumble dryer/microwave/hob/oven really usefull as i often stay in Bkk for long periods and like to take care of myself. Very friendly staff and foodland supermarket next door. Fabulous Isan restaurent 500 metres up the road. Sensational views across the city from one of Bangkok's tallest buildings. Really extraordinary swimming pool part indoors part outdoors that overhung the contor of the building

The one thing I found a real negative was that the curtains did not compltely cover the enourmous windows, so the early morning sunshine woke me up quite early, but then again I'm a lght sleeper

I will definately stay here again. Value for money a real plus. Friendly staff. The appartment I stayed in had all the modern convieniences I required. I really enjoyed sitting on my own private balcony, sipping martinis watching the hustle and bustle of Bangkok below me. Great location close to BTS & MRT. Sukhumvit only 5 minutes walk away. Foodland right next door with their cheap and tasty cafe, Emporium, Rbinson Dept store close by and a modern Isan style restaurent just up the road. Can highly recommend this place.

Clean and luxrios room and bath, friendly staff,

location, location, location

Great room decoration (i stayed at the deluxe studio), friendly staff, clean bed, bathroom and ketchen, safe place, plasma tv with alot of cable channels, But there is one thing that made dislike this hotel, which is it location, there is nothing nearby and the skytrain is ab0ut 10 mints walk so you`ll need a taxi anytime you want to go-out. other than the hotel is perfect and the staff are very very friendly and helpful.

Well cleaned rooms, enough sqms. with wide bath room separated shower room. Especially, hotel reception is in good manner.

Fitness room, not equipped enough. Need spa and/or massage service, it's in Bangkok. Swimming pool, with good views, but too little. Pans and Pots are necessary in the kitchen.

I'll introduce this hotel to my friends, coming to Bangkok.

Restaurant Tip : 150m down along the street, "Balee Laos" is good restaurant of Ishan dishes, with country taste, less expensive.

Spacious Room, modern, and very clean.

Don't lose the room key, it costs 500 THB

1- Great Location, close to 2 metro stations. 2- Spacious Rooms, clean and modern. 3- Great view from the hotels restaurant. 4- Very friendly staff. 5- Free internet. 6- I had to pay 500 THB for losing my room key. I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and it was a very pleasant experience. I would definitly stay in the same hotel when I am back to Thailand.

Hotel Feature Tip : Check out the restaurant in the hotel, it has an amazing view

Nice view from the room, nice view from the swimming pool, good location, cleanliness

Low food choice for the service room, big variation of water's temperature in the shower, swimming pool close to early

A very nice serviced apartment in center of Bangkok, on the famous Sukhumvit road. Close from the train and metro station of Asok, this hotel is perfect for business trip or week-end in Bangkok. It would be better if the swimming pool could close later and if the room service could propose a bigger choice of food, drinks and deserts.
