Okay hotel, but very isolated location

The Convenient Grand Hotel is located only about 10 min by taxi from the airport. However it is very isolated situated. I recommend it as an "between stops-hotel". The Hotel arranges pick up at the airport and free shuttle back. On arrival, we were greeted with a sign, but had to wait almost 30 min before leaving the airport (to fill the shuttle bus up I suppose). The Hotel is a good alternative, if you have a connecting flight from Bangkok, but need one night's sleep. The food in the hotel restaurant is not more than average, but okay. The rooms are spacious, and service at the reception very good.

I had an overnight stay at the Convenient Grand Hotel in between connecting flights. I found the airport transfer a huge relief, making it so much easier to arrive quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restuarant was reasonably priced and tasty and the included breakfast very satisfactory. The room was clean and comfortable even though not highly decorated. The bathroom was adequate. The TV only had thai channels/thai language which could worry some, but for me not a huge problem. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Airport hotel but not so near to airport
shattle service to airport is every one hour.

This hotel seems to be an airport hotel but it is not so near to the airport. It will take about 20 minutes and the hotel is located in an isolated area. However, the shattle service is efficient.

though the hotel is far from the city but it is near to the airport. as i need to stay one night in bkk before transit the next morning and need to go back to bkk, this hotel is recommended. it is near to the airport and it has free pickup service. the staff are friendly and the hotel have big rooms.

Good hotel for catching a flight home

We stayed at this first class hotel for two night at the end of our long holidays. The transport provided between the airport and hotel indeed saved us a lot of trouble, money and time. Eventhough it is quite a distance from the city, there is no problem in catching a taxi at reasonable price for the last minute shoppings.

It was great all round except it wasn't clear where to meet the "free" shuttle so we took a cab from the airport to the hotel. Better instructions for shuttle location would be appreciated. Other thatn this it was great!
Restaurant Tip:
across the busy road at the night market three of us ate PAd Thai for 60 Baht! a bargain!!

This is a very comfortable hotel for transfers, and getting rid of jet lag before going any further whether traveling or going to the city. The staff is willing to help you with any traveling needs you may have. The rooms are very nice, and 4 star quality.
You can use the luggage storage there also. They are very good about picking up at the airport and dropping off.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The gym and the massages are wonderful and not expensive. They are good at getting the travel kinks out.
