Convenient and reasonable transit hotel

my husband and i stayed there because we had to stay overnight for transit. very reasonable price and close to the hotel. the taxi driver could not find the place and wasted 20 minutes, so it might be better to take the hotel's phone number with you. had a free airport shuttle every one hour and it only took less than 10 minutes to get to the airport.

we only stayed one night in bangkok after arriving in the late evening. we got a king size family room, so we had loads of space. the beds were comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. the breakfast at the hotel was okay, not a whole lot of western food. close to airport and a free shuttle.

easy transfer from airport to hotel plus return to airport. hotel accomodation was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.
i have used this hotel before and will do so again in the future as it is handy for the airport and very reasonably priced...

Nothing Convenient about it

First of all I would like to say that there was nothing convenient about this hotel. We stayed only one night and thank goodness we did. The staff knew nothing about everything. First of all we waited almost an hour for our transfer from the airport to the hotel. They claim that they are very close to the airport (seven km) which sounds close but its really far. It took us at least 25 minutes to get there. The rooms were poorly furnished. I mean there wasn't even somewhere you could put the soap, you had to pretty much just leave it on the bench next to the sink. The beds were uncomfortable and nothing on the TV was in English. So seeing that we couldn't stay in our room for long or we'd go crazy, we decided to go downtown. The hotel kind of have their own taxi's (they wait outside). I'm saying I think they have a deal with them because this hotel is in the middle of nowhere (looks like a desert) so its not like they were just driving past. They tried to charge us 1500 baht which is about $52. I'm sorry I thought we were in Thailand not Europe. Anyway after we got him to put it down to 800 baht we were off downtown. When we got back we decided we were hungry. We went down to the 'Convenient' Restaurant where it took about 15 minutes to get served. The food was not great and I had to ask for my class of coke 4 times until i got up and went straight to the bar to get it myself. The next day we had to get to the airport so we 'booked' our seats so we know we wouldn't be late. When the morning came we checked out or at least thats what i thought we were doing. They said "five minutes they're just checking the room" which is fair enough. So we waited... 20 minutes. I go up and ask if something was wrong "oh check out finished" (thank you for telling me!). We go outside to get in the bus we booked. No room. We had to wait for another one. 20 minutes later we were on our way. There was a lot I left out but I am sure you understand how inconvenient this hotel is.

very clean and well run hotel. staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us and even provide an extra early breakfast for our early morning flight . we would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to other travelers .
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Easy to take the skytrain from the airport to get to markets or mallsZ

Good hotel and clean rooms

i stayed 3 nights at this hotel and loved every minute of my time in the room. very clean and exclusive hotel. i was early for check in and had to wait. i was told i was upgraded to a better room. i got room with 2 floors. small kitchen and livingroom downstairs with toilet and 42 inch tv. upstairs was bedroom with large bathroom. bath tub and shower. very exclusive interior. big and very comfortable bed with 6 pillows and 36 inch tv in end of bed. very good breakfast with many choices for every kind of taste.
