its good hotell/ mayby be better area with no dogs running and better smell outside hotell, would like beeter wiev outside window when you eat. But nice people and good time for holiday with my girlfriend. cheap and clean and very good service.

Shuttle Service very dependable, great bathroom
The shuttle service was so helpful, and the staff was very accommodating

We had no problems with our booking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The wake up call was such a relief to catch our early flight.
Hotel Feature Tip:
get a hotel with dependable shuttle service from airport. A taxi can be expensive.

I like this hotel for transit purpose traveller can use this hotel but if you want to explore the city than this hotel will not be a good idea. I that case i will recommened to look hotel near to siom or pudong.

The hotel is quite convenient for short stays, during transit or flight delays. The free shuttle service makes it easy to access. The staff is pleasant and provided a quick and friendly service. The hotel appears quite new, the rooms provided a magnificent view over the neighboring fields.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Make sure of the shuttle bus's departure times, or you will have to wait for some time if you miss it.

very good value for money especially when you need hotel next to the airport. shuttle bus service was organised and worked very well. rooms are clean and overall impression of the hotel is ok. it is not a place where you would like to spend your holidays, but for one-two nights stay quite ok and suitable

Like in an scary movie Hotel

we booked this hotel because it was close to the airport. It is not very close but sufficiently. The hotel is very ugly and the rooms as well. I don't se any other reason to stay in this hotel unnles you have to come/go from/to the BKK airport.

Pleasant, clean with spectacular service

I was very pleased with the friendly customer service.
The rooms are very simple, very clean and very spacious. There is also free wi-fi available.
The swimming pool is very small, with a jacuzzi by the side.
The hotel is in a secluded area but we managed to get to a shopping mall (Pacio mall with mainly eateries but few shops) and a huge bazaar somewhere between Pacio mall & the hotel.
I do not know the name of the bazaar but you will pass by it when you are going back to the hotel from Pacio mall.
It costs only about 80baht for a taxi ride to Pacio mall and it took about 15minutes.
There are bigger shopping malls but further away from the hotel. (I think about 45mins)
The hotel staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the nearest shopping malls. There are also pamphlets at the lobby you can refer to.
I stayed there for only 1 night after coming back from Pattaya only because it was near to the airport. I took the free airport shuttle (provided by the hotel) to the airport after check-out.
The free airport shuttle occurs every hour.
The hotel is very worth the money.

It was just okay, but it was cheap. It was maybe 15 min on the shuttle to the airport.
