Since I arrived at 2 in the morning I had booked this hotel for one night. Taxi ride from the airport takes about 15 minutes. I had booked the transfer back to the airport to take the train downtown for 11. Received 3 phone calls at 10.30, 10.45 and 10.55 if I could come down which was a bit annoying since I was awake and getting ready. Apart from that, since the rates are very low very good deal.

Nice Hotel and wonderful service

It was nice to have a shuttle from the airport and to have a comfortable bed to sleep in. The staff was helpful, and nice and ready to serve us to meet all our needs. The rooms were comfortable the beds clean and soft. The bathroom was difficult for us because the shower water ran all over and got our clothes wet the first time.

we only stayed here about 8 hours total between flights. it was a 15+ minute drive to the hotel from the terminal, and you have to make sure that you let them know ahead of time when your flight is coming in so they'll be there waiting for you. the rooms are huge...but a little bit pointless, i suppose. they're also dimly lit. the breakfast was great.

It is a reasonable priced hotel for overnight stay before transfer. But hygiene may need to be further improved. We found small cockroach in the bathroom in the evening.

We arrived in Bangkok airport late in the evening and had a transit flight the next day. This hotel is the perfect solution: free pickup service, close to airport, low price, lovely rooms, swimming pool - what else do you need?

We stayed in this hotel once for only 1 day and we are very much impressed about this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located just about 3 minutes drive from Suvarnabhumi airport and hotel also provides complimentary pickup and drop at airport. The hotel staff are good and they are helpful. Cleanliness also good and amenities are more than expected for this class of hotels.
The hotel is arranging day tours also but we booked already so we did not availed this service. Only thing is make sure you are checking about the requested services just before you need those like we booked taxi and not reminded them in early morning. They arranged only after we came down. Else everything is good.
