Truly Convenient
Location to the Airport, Value, and Helpful Staff

Since we were flying out of Bangkok, we drove to the hotel. They allowed me to park my car in their garage for 1 week. The rooms are very large and clean. When we are looking for a hotel near the airport, it will always be our first choice.

This is a new family run hotel. It is a few personal touches. The rooms are spacious and clean. For the price it cannot be beat. It is perfect for someone who has a night's layover in Bangkok.

Basic hotel with good transfer to the airport

This hotel was okay for staying one night. We just needed somewhere fairly close to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice stay. Exceptionally nice modern rooms, and very good value. Location only good if you just need overnight before catching a flight though. Very fast complimentary wifi.
Restaurant Tip:
Very good noodle stall over the road from the hotel, plus a minimart, but that's about it.

Good service and tidy rooms

This hotel is very close to the airport. They have free pick-ups and drop-offs every hour. The hotel rooms were very clean and tidy (as shown in the website pictures). The hotel is too far from city but the receptionist arranged a taxi for us which took us around the city and drop us back at the hotel with extra charges ofcourse. Had good crowd.

A Great Stopby Hotel

Well i have stayed in this hotel couple of times now and would say this hotel is really great if you want catch your sleep after a long flight and before you take a early morning flight.
Well it even has a small gym if you want just want a small work out.
The free wifi is great to catch all ur work email before taking the next flight.
i would definately stay in this hotel again.

Almost made us miss our flight. Terrible service

We had to fly back to Bangkok to catch a flight to Vietnam at 6:00am. Proximity of the hotel to airport and free transfers were what drew us to this hotel. Regarding transfer/pick-up from the airport, not worth it. We had to find your way out of gate to exit on the second floor to look for their agent, made to wait 1/2 hour for another customer arriving at later flight before calling the driver which took another 10 minutes. Located further from the airport then advertised. Due to rush hour took almost 40 min to get to hotel. Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and modernly decorated with fridge, desk, a/c, and closet space. Large bathroom with bathtub which is a luxury. Nothing within walking distance, ate dinner in hotel restaurant which was a little below average and expensive for what it was. Mosquitoes everywhere. Decided to be proactive so we made sure all tabs were paid and set up transport for the next morning. Was informed that the free shuttle schedule in the early morning was limited so instead of arguing we decided to play it safe and booked a taxi for 4:00am and a wake up call for 3:30. Got a call at 2:30 instead, asked them to call back at 3:30am which they never did. Luckily we got up at 3:45am and were able to get ready. Got a rude call at 3:50 about our taxi being ready, when we got down to the desk by 3:55am for checkout we had one person yelling to us about hurrying up and the manager on duty not letting us leave because they had to check our room for who knows what. Took forever for an attendant to arrive then go up to the room. We had to make manager call up to find out wtf they were checking for since it was now 4:15 and we were now late. Finally let us go only to find out that taxi had left. Asked why they didnt hold it and was told that they called the cab to arrive at 3:30am (we said 4:00am) so he got tired of waiting.

easiest transist stay from BKK Iv'e had in two years. Very professional and thoughtful staff and cean sheets. don't really need more than that. with my agoda miles I got it. great system - great stays
