What a welcome sight: I am in a new country with an 8 yr old in a massive busy airport when I see my name held up on a sign by a driver from Convenient Grande employee who led us to a driver who then delivered us to the hotel door! Great view of the "urban countryside.

Decent for one night, close to airport

The hotel is close to the airport, however it takes a while to reach because the taxis have to drive a wide circle around to reach it. The staff was efficient and we had no problems with our Agoda reservation. Our room was spacious and the king size bed very nice. The bathtub had no shower curtain. The food in the hotel restaurant was tasty. The next morning airport shuttle worked well. I would call this a three star business travellers hotel (average overall).

Handy for the airport, with a good size room and clean pool.

Not the best location if you plan to stay more than a day. Ideal to relax in before an early flight. Typical of most modern airport hotels. The pool was clean and generally everything was as expected. A supermarket across the road provides any last minute requirements. But if your last evening is anywhere near Khaosan Road, I would recommend staying put and going to the airport from there - mini buses are frequent and cheap..!
