Good Stay
I when in Bangkok stay here always. Close to BTS and close to 7 /11. The Rooms are big and spacious. One request to the owners is I do not understand the idea of filling hot water in flack from the ground floor. The number of times the lift is used just to get water is wrong management and waste of electricity. They should provide and electric Kettle in each room so as to save lots on electricity bill every month for years to come and it give a facility to the customers.

Very bad experience
Standard room is awful. I paid for the upgrade to the suite which is not worth the price. Electic power black out for half a day and no staff was able to advise the situation.

Excellent In All Ways
This is to the hotel management. I was put up in room 1305 in old wing. I was surprised to find a kettle for hot water which was to be fetched from the cafeteria downstairs. Imagine in a hotel with 270 rooms spanning nearly 7 floors the number of times the lift will be used only to collect water from the cafeteria. Hence incurring a huge wastage of electricity every day which is happening since years. The thought that there will be more sales in the restaurant as more people will go there to fetch water is fallacious and wrong. An electric kettle will save your electric consumption drastically every month as well as giving good service to your customers. This is basic rule of management. Satish Navathe Consultant
