i just loved it the staff wonderful and the rooms quite comfortable and i slept like a abay in the bed ....will recomend this hotel to anyone wanting comfort for their money

For the money it was great. Once you learn the transportation system I had it made. The price was good because I went through Agoda. Otherwise no way. The desk clerks were extremely confusing to work with. I wasn't the only one who noticed it. As I walked by the desk I could hear other people trying to get it across to what they needed. I mentioned a burned out light over the sink and they said not to worry they would handle it.They never did and it wasn't worth the hassle to get it done. If you have patience at the desk and go with the flow, except for anything monetary it's worth the price through Agoda.

Price, large clean rooms.

Desk receptionist was nice but either have zero experience or just don't understand my language(English), It was a challenge to get the simplest questions answered or charges taken care of. I got charged twice for my room. I had paid Agoda but they were going to charge me again. I stayed there altogether about 2 weeks. Checking in and out as I was traveling around the country and Viet Nam. Also they charged for the use of the computers but the computers were terrible and they wouldn't refund my money.

The Convenient Park Hotel in Bangkok is one of Bangkok's hotel recommended. Eventhough The price is cheaper than other hotel, but this hotel is clean. Maybe, someday if i come to Bangkok, i will stay again in Convenient Park Hotel (hopefully the BTS station in front of hotel will be ready).

The room is clean. Will have BTS Station in front of the hotel.

Maybe for the breakfast, Because the food always same day after day.

• Restaurant Tip : Can you change the menu everyday, hopefully we can eat different foods everyday.

Location far from BTS (around 2 km), far with walking. Also air conditioning in the room very noisy.

The Convenient Park Hotel is a nice hotel only about 250Baht from Bangkok International Airport. Although it is a little far from the centre of Bangkok, it is only a short taxi ride to anywhere you need to go in Bangkok. What really makes this hotel great is the staff.

While the food in the restaurant was poor, the staff & the rooms awesome.
