After I submitted the booking online, the confirmation of the booking is returned to my mail box very fast. The on-line customer service is very useful. I asked the position of the picking-up point at the airport. Just 3 mins I got the reply from the staff of agoda.
The hotel supplies the free transfers of hotel and airport.
It is a good choice, if you have a late arrival and early departure in Bangkok.

In all, I would recommend this hotel if I was staying overnight with no other reason to be in Bangkok. It is a good, clean, cheap hotel with little else to offer. I liked it for that reason.

This is a basic, clean hotel with air conditiong that is located close to the airport and is a good place to stay for layovers or early flights (they also had a free round-trip shuttle service to/from the airport which was very nice). On our first layover there, we had a decent breakfast that was included in the price. On our second layover there a couple of weeks later, we had dinner in the resturant but it wasn't the best food (and there wasn't much other selection near the hotel). We also had a very early flight the next morning; the resturant was supposed to open at 5am, but the cook did not show up for breakfast. The pictures on the website are a bit nicer than what the hotel actullay is, but overall, we would recommend this hotel, especially for the price.
