Waited 30 mins for the pick up from the airport. Over ten minutes to the hotel. The rooms are basic but perfectly acceptable. The attached restaurant was overpriced for what it is but adequate. The staff were very pleasant and efficient. The hotel does offer sightseeing services. For a cheap and easy overnight stay near the airport it is excellent.

We stayed for one night - booked the room that included roundtrip airport transfers about 6 months before and we weren't sure if they would be there at the airport. We emailed them the day before we left but hadnt heard back before we boarded the plane to Bangkok. Sure enough, walking out of customs, we saw a sign with our names on it! Waited about 10mins for other passengers and left. Again, very efficient early the next morning. Would definitely recommend this place if you arent concerned with the room and are looking for something cheap

Great location near the airport

We only stayed one night because our airplane hade a early daparture. The hotel hade a great location near the airport and the price includes transfer to the airport.
Travel tip:
It´s a god choise if you only want to sleep near the airport.

I was scheduled to land in Suvarnabhumi in the evening and fly the next morning to Samui. While booking, as suggested by the hotel, I gave the details of my flights and I was really surprised to see my full name printed in block letters in A4 paper hanging on the handrail at the meeting point (2nd floor, gate 3). Few minutes later we were on the minibus going to the hotel which distance is really 10-15 minutes from the airport. The hotel is in a quiet and not noisy position in the middle of the green and it's provided with a small restaurant just outside the door, but if you look for something more lively you have to go a bit out. The staff is kind, professional and very helpful. The room is wide, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is standard (be careful of slippery floor when take shower). The complimentary transport from/to the airport is reliable. Recommended for a stop over.

I chose this hotel just because I needed a place to near Bangkok airport which provides transportation and breakfast. Nice hotel for the price.
Travel tip:
Write to the hotel and let them know your arrival time.
They will greet you at the airport gate no.4 with your name card 24 hours.
