Very nice pillows, and the beds were comfortable also. The decor is very nice, very tastefully done.
- Shopping Tip : All the markets are nearby. Pratunam is a little old but great prices. Platinum is great for fashion and at Big C you will find a lot of goodies. Bangkok Bank gives the best exchange rates.

Remember to take a hotel card with the address in Thai from the reception, as many Thai taxi drivers cannot read English. Tell the driver the road access should be between "Peninsula Plaza" and "Four Seasons Hotel". Go straight till the end of the road. The hotel will be on the right-hand side.
Be careful of the meter-taxi waiting just outside the hotel (but they are not the ones who were called by the hotel). They may tell a lie like "the Grand Palace has ceremony and closed today" and lure you to go toplaces that are further away (across the river). It's a trap!
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Join local tours to places like the floating market and the Bridge of River Kwai, which is good. It will help save some travelling cost as both are located far away from Bangkok.

All the staff at the hotel were very friendly. We had a great chat with a waiter at the restaurant. Our dinner became really enjoyable.
- Shopping Tip : Siam Square is walking distance. Also public transportation is around the corner so it is a very handy hotel.
