Davis Hotel
Swimming Pool, Large rooms, beautiful decor
8.7
The rooms were beautifully decorated and very spacious. The service and attention were excellent. Our favorite thing about the hotel was the fitness centre, spa and swimming pool on the roof. It was a highlight of our stay. Just beautiful and not crowded. We would definately recommend the Davis and return on our next trip to Bangkok.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't miss out on the pool. It is a highlight!

7.3
stayed at the davis for 2 spells this trip. good rooms and nice staff and very good buffet style breakfast. Swimming pool on the 9th floor of the main complex is not large but can be quiet during the day and is a nice spot. Not near Sumkhivit road but lots of amenities near by.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
emporium shooping centre is not too far away and next dooe to that is a beautiful park which is an oasis of calm in frenetic Bangkok

very decent hotel
nice rooms and helpful staff and good breakfast
7.7
repeat stays at the davis. Stay at the corner wing and decent enough room and very nice bathroom and always helpful staff. Not ideal location but there are enough restuarants etc nearby and sumkhivit road is within walking distance or you can get a taxi or motorcycle taxi and the david have their own tuk tuk.
Shopping Tip:
nearby supermarket called tops market has a wide range of food stuffs and toiletries etc

The Davis Again
Location, clean, very nice room, efficient staff, value for money
8.7
I've stayed at the Davis many times before as i really think it is one of the most value for money hotels in Bangkok. I enjoy the large rooms and the atmposphere of the hotel, Very good and efficient staff and for me, the location is perfect as there is one of my favourite local Thai restaurants very near by and also close to Emporian
Shopping Tip:

Best place in BKK
Very nice hotel located in Soi 24 near BTS and Emporium shopping mall.

As at every of my stay I come to the Davis Hotel due to its quiet and good location. At walking distance of the BTS and Emporium ( 10-13mn).
The buffet breakfast is very good with many dishes. I will return there with pleasure.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
For internet better going accross the street at "Au bon pain ". 8h connection card for 200 bath !!

Davis Hotel Bangkok
Stylish decor, very clean, excellent buffet (you must have the orange juice), great service and friendly staff
9
We were using the hotel as a "home base" during our vacation so we checked in and out several times. The bell staff was terrific in that they maintained our excess bags while we were checked out of the hotel on other legs of our vacation. They also were kind enough to accept our laundry that we dropped off at a local shop and held it at the desk when we checked back in even though we did not use their internal service. I thought the breakfast buffet was the best, very reliable and lots of variety. We did get a free upgraded room at one point, which was enormous but we mostly had a small room, however all the rooms we stayed in were exceptionally clean, well decorated with granite in the baths.
Shopping Tip:
The "Emporium" is very nearby and can be reached easily by foot, but the road is not quite safe for unsure-footed pedestrians so take a cab or the tuk-tuk. There is mid-high end clothing plus a large food court and grocery on the top floor.

Davis Hotel Bangkok review
Beautifully designed room, spacious room and room was spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful.
8.7
My husband and I stayed at the Davis Hotel superior room for 2 nights, we were impressed by the beautifully decorated room and how spacious it was. The room has even got a sink and a microwave. Every items in the room were placed with thoughts. Great hotel, friendly service. Will definitely come back again.
Hotel Feature Tip:
You can book for a "tuk tuk" (a small mobile cart) at the reception desk for travel to Phom Phrong BTS station with no cost. However, there is a tip box in the cart if you want to show your appreciation.

Overpriced not worth the money..
Don't get me wrong the hotel had great amenities. I stayed in themed room which came with a TV, fridge and bath tub.

I lived in Bagkok for a while and use to pass this hotel all the time. From the outside it looks impressive and elgent, but actually paying for a room is a different story. I book the room on AGODA which was nice, convient and cheap as well.
My stay was for three night, at first I wasn't too impressed at the room. The room had great amenities a bit more then the basics but the service really was not so great. Getting blankets took for ever and the service staff was not very responsive. They can do much better!
Overall I would suggest looking into other properties before going to this one. Consider staying at other place close by which are way cheaper and you get more for your money.
Shopping Tip:
Close to Emporium Mall.
