Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Excellent staff on this my last visit. A perfect balance between Thai smiley smiley AND efficiency. All staff in the hotel were pleasant and I'd say a credit to their country. Thai people (many - though not all!) really are lovely! My room was spotless, well appointed and quiet. The gym is good for a workout. Internet - whilst expensive - was fast. Breakfast just OK this time. Used to be the best! Hotel location is good and has any places to eat, shop, get a massage etc though area not too busy and congested. I'll be back again soon.

Great value for the money. Great location. Staff is really friendly and always offer great service. Rooms are large and very comfortable. It is a high end hotel at modest price. Would recommend it strongly to anyone.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Davis in Bangkok and on both occassions we have enjoyed the quality of the rooms and the professionslism and friendliness of the staff. The location is also excellent as it is close to shopping plazas, tailors and markets. Almost everything is available with a short walk from the hotel, including sightseeing. The food in the restaurant was also very well priced and of excellent quality. I would certainly stay there again and will recommend the hotel to all of my friends.
Restaurant Tip:
The quality of the food in the hotel was exceptional. For the modest price, the food was excellent value.

Great Boutique hotel
Very nice quaint boutique hotel. Well located with a shuttle to the Emporium. Great buffet and nice rooms with a see through glass bathroom.

I would recommend this Hotel anytime. Prices at agoda is actually cheaper than directly through the internet or even a corporate rate. The rooms are well maintained and the property is well located at Sukimvitt - the busy road of Soy 24. Compares well to the other chain hotels in the five star category. Recommend this hightly.

Excellent place to stay
Upscale neighbourhood. Five star service.

The Davis bills itself as Bangkok's first boutique hotel. Dollar for dollar, it is the best hotel I ever stayed in. What people paid for the same room varied a bit but Agoda had great prices. The advice to upgrade to a superior room was good. Some words of advice. There is a Starbuck's and an Au Bon Pain two minutes from the hotel which is a better deal than breakfast in the hotel. When in Thailand, avoid ordering wine in restaurants as it is very pricey.

A beauty in bangkok
Fantastic helpful staff with lovely rooms, food and close to sky train for easy access around Bangkok.
9.7
Arrived straight from airport after 18 hours travelling at 9am. Even though check in wasn't until 2pm we were in our room by 9.10am. Very friendly staff who couldn't help you enough! Good breakfast and free tuk tuk shuttle to sky train was good. When we came back to Bangkok at end of our holiday we re booked as we enjoyed it so much on our arrival!! Short and cheap taxi ride to night market, nightlife and shopping!!

I use the Davis for several of our clients who prefer to stay there during visits to Bangkok. They are always very pleased with their rooms and the service they receive. The booking process as well as airport transfer service are always smoothe and hassle free.

Never a disappointment
Convenience,Convenience,.Convenience.. everything you need is around the hotel...
8.3
I have been staying in the Davis everytime I am in Bangkok. It has never disappointed me to date. The rooms are comfortable (not overly fancy) the location makes up for every little negative aspect that there might be. The Cormer Wing is out of the way so I always make it a point to request for the Main Wing when I am booking the hotel.
The staff are well spoken and friendly.
Restaurant Tip:
Breakfast by the street and lunch/dinner in the Emporium makes up for the fact the resturant doesnt have a large selection

The Davis Hotel Bangkok
The room was spacious very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpfull.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Davis Hotel however I was allocated a studio room which was in their corner wing. It was not made clear at the time of booking that this is not part of the main building which means you are not in the same building as the facilities. This I did not like and next time would make sure I was booked in main building.
