Safe, Clean, Convenient, Well designed rooms, Reasonably priced. Simple and adequate, but still with room for improvement on breakfast menu. We have a wonderful stay at Davis Hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are kept clean and well maintained we're quite surprised that they've kept it in more or less the same condition since our last visit two years ago.
The surrounding of the hotel gives a great variety of food choices and we conveniently strolled around.
Will definitely be our choice of stay in future.
Restaurant Tip : Lots and lots of restaurants of vast variety around the hotel.

Nice rooms in the corner wing. The staff was very nice. I have stayed at the Davis (corner wing), several times over a four year period. I like the rooms and decor of this hotel. I noticed this trip, the rooms we stayed in had some noticeable carpet wear. Also, the location is off the beaten path. I have not stayed in the main wing. It looks very nice. The food was ok and there is a small club and coffee shop next to the hotel. I have found better deals on rooms recently. If you don't care about the location then I would recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful living experience in Davis. It has home living ambience and excellent service provided especially enthusiasm and politeness.
And, I like the peaceful sense given by the environment. The design of the building structures is such an historical art, positioning in the street. Just get a walk and spent your lovely sunshine afternoon by sitting at the chairs out in the hotel. Starts your day well.

Internet not free, very far from main road, 2 wing 2 lobby It is ok if you want to stay there for clubbing and eating but getting around is hard. Found myself embarrasing into wrong lobby. Most taxt know the streets but not the hotel.

Great location, quiet and peaceful, 10 mins away from the metro, lovely places to eat,supermarket 1min away and few thai massage places This is my third time staying at the Davis and I was very comfortable. Lovely homely location, away from the hussle and bussle of bangkok..Very safe location...Staff are great.
Restaurant Tip : There is a lovely Thai restaurant next door...Sukhothai

Staff at Davis Hotel provides really good services. They are always willing to help us. The decorations of the hotel is nice. There is no free internet service. The rates of the hotel is reasonable and the staff there are very nice and friendly. They are always ready for help. My friends tried the spa there and said that it's an ideal place for a spa at Davis. The only thing I think should improve is about the internet service. I think, nowadays, hotels should provide free internet service. It is a very elementary need for customers, like catering and laundry services.
In conclusion, my friends and I are contented with our stay at Davis. I am going to recommend this hotel to my other friends.

Great location, easy to access, near Emporium and TCDC, Lotus, Carrfour and Top supermarket, as well as confortable hotel. The breakfast is just OK. Great location at Sukhumvit 24, not a noisy place but peaceful. Very near Emporium, TCDC, Lotus, Carrfour, Top supermarket, and Starbuck Coffee shop is just next to it. They have Tuk Tuk service to Emporium every 20 minutes, needs to reserve in advance. The Hotel and rooms are very elegant and confortable. However, I give it highly recommendation for your staying in Bangkok no matter for vacation or business, you will love it just as me.
Shopping Tip : Near shopping center - Emporium.
5 minutes by walk to the BTS station.

Service was very good, hotel is extremely clean. facilities are great, the rooftop pool and spa area is top notch. location was a little out of things The hotel was excellent, very clean and staff were extremely helpful. it was a reaxing experience to stay at the Davis. there are 2 thai restaurants in the complex and a star bucks. the hotel restuarant included western food
Shopping Tip : the Emporiam mall is just a few minutes walk away if you like top name shopping such as Gucci, Armani etc and a range of western shops. other malls are a taxi ride away

well designed; good rooftop pool; very helpful reception/concierge. Am sure it is standard with all hotels in Bangkok, but some free wi-fi for guests would be nice Very good and nicely designed hotel in good location for transport and general exploring of Bangkok. The staff were also extremely helpful and even arranged a special treat for our room to help celebrate our wedding anniversary. Would definitely recommend this hotel looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Bangkok, though do note it's location as it may not be suitable for all.

Beautiful, nice spacious rooms I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is great and close to everything, however there is a lot of traffic around there. The service at the hotel is 5 star, anything you need the staff will truely assist. I'll definitly stay at this hotel again on my return to BKK.

Very functional bedroom. Design is absolutely fantastic. Staff is very kind and care about your well being. a bit far from skytrain but it's ok we can walk 10 min to reach it. I really enjoyed my stay at Davis Hotel, the hotel show sign of luxury but it's not obvious, instead the hotel display a very high level of fine touch mixed with very good functionality. Needless to say the staff was very attentive of our well being and always did their best to satisfy our needs. I would definitely come back to this hotel on my next trip, and will recommend it to all my friends.

-Free Tuk Tuk ride to nearest train station every 20mins. (or 15thb by motor bike taxi)
-Nice and tidy room
-Friendly staff
-Reasonably good breakfast.
-Appx 250-350thb by taxi to/from airport(incl motorway charge) or fixed price of 400thb. Hotel is nice and tidy. you will find comfortable with friendly and helpful staff as normal in Thailand.
Location is bit far from nearest train station. you may need to walk 15-20mins but only 15thb(appx US40cents) by motorbike so I did not feel negative about distance to/from train station.
I guess hotel is located near by Japanese related or targeted business district as I could see several Japanese restaurants, travel agencies apartments, foot massage all advertisement in Japanese.
Good news for some of you who love MacDonald. It is located only 5mins away from hotel opposite direction to the train station. very easy to find.

Location, Service, Comfort Never had any bad experiences We stayed at the Davis on a 17 day trip to Thailand. We stayed several places on the trip but this is the one we can always rely on. The location is perfect for us. It is close enough to the expressway where you don't have any issues gettting to the airport or any long distance trip (Chonburi, Pattaya, Floating Markets). Staying on Sukhimvit can be pretty hectic and tough to get around. It is close to Skytrain and the Emporium Shopping Mall. We have been upgraded half of the time to a bigger room (8 stays). When I had a wedding celebration they upgraded my entire party (4 rooms) to suites. The service has always been good. The breakfast is pretty bland but the lunch we had on this trip was surprisingly good. Overall, a good stay at a reasonable price.
Hotel Feature Tip : If you are going to rent a car, check out Master Car Rent. We used another car rent place only to find out Master Car Rent was across the street. Getting around BKK is ridiculous so the closer the better.

very friendly staff Definately recommended. I have stayed here over the years and it has never disappointed me. Excellent value for money, close to Sky train and Emporium shopping mall. Breakfast is also good.

- No included breakfast in the hotel studio deal This is a really good hotel to stay at in Sukhumvit. The ambience of the hotel is really good and it feels much more worth than what we paid for!
The hotel staff were comfortable with english and very helpful. We had checked in late on arrival so they allowed us to check out later than usual.
The train station is a bit far to the hotel, but walkable if you don't mind a bit of physical activity. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and 7-11 isn't too far away either.
